We ordered a simple car part online, selecting the 'collect at branch' option, and my husband made two separate trips to collect the part where each time he was belittled and informed that he must be confused, as the order would be delivered.
Online service = good, ability to collect part from depot = very, very poor...
...I will now have to make a third trip to collect the part, which I hope will resolve the ridiculous situation. I could have ordered from a competitor and had the situation resolved by now. GSF fail.

Having ordered direct though GSF website, I would have expected a confirmation email. Non was received. I had to go though the bank and PayPal to confirm order. When the part was received, it was the wrong part. Nearly correct though. I was sent a left brake caliper, I needed a right. There was no appologies regarding mix up. I had to sort an alternative vehicle for 4 days to get to work. This is not an isolated experience, only 24 hours before, I was sent the wrong brake discs for different vehicle.

I placed my order on Friday afternoon and the parts were delivered Monday morning, can't expect anymore than that when opting for free postage. Added to the rapid delivery the parts were cheaper than anyone else online. Will definitely use this company again, they're great!!
After recently buying a OEM quality service kit of Air/Oil/Pollen filter and Sump washer on Ebay, I decided to search for the items ( to find them cheaper ) elsewhere for next time. I wanted the same quality parts as used by manufacturer, not cheapo filters and GSF came up when searching and seemed to have the parts necessary for good prices. I had an online chat with a very helpful salesman, who confirmed the identity of the brands I was after and then made a very easy online purchase which included free delivery. Smooth transaction and all items all turned up the next day! Everything perfect!

Needed some new wiper blades for the Audi and another bottle of fast glass, so ordered from GSF online.
The blades are those flexible ones like on the Golf and work fine, so please with those.
Delivery was faster than I'd expected.
I recently purchased a thermostat housing for a Skoda Felicia - not the easiest thing to find! Ordered on-line, delivered the next morning and fitted perfectly. Excellent and will definitely use again.
I placed my initial order and got confirmation from my Bank and a confirmation e-mail from GSF. The next morning I got a message from GSF telling me the payment had not gone through. It seemed strange, so I called GSF and the person I spoke to was extremely short, border lining rude. He told me the problem was with my card/bank, not with GSF's online payment system. And if I wanted to place an order I would have to pay via PayPal.
A couple of days later I noticed I had in fact been charged by GSF for my first order, so I called them up to ask them to rectify this error. The person I spoke with the second time informed me that this is normal that the payment had been taken and the order canceled and that I would see a reimbursement soon. This wouldn't have been worth making a fuss about, except I paid with a foreign card which is hit by exchange rates on the purchase and on the refund, which lost me 5% of the value of the order...on a payment which according to GSF never happened in the first place.
The small saving I would have made with GSF were lost, I would have been better off sourcing the things I needed locally.
It's safe to say that GSF won't be seeing my return custom.

Bought just two parts but had bought them before and have to say the quality is far better - paid few quid more, but it looks like its gonna last a lot longer than my previous parts. Thank you.
