Value for Money
The parts I bought were a good price and the delivery was rapid. The only cirticism is that website navigation was very slow. I browsed the website both on my PC at home and my PC at work with the same response times: could be my PCs I suppose........ Other than that, I'm very happy and will most definately be using GSF again.

To find the parts you need its as easy as typing in your reg number then looking at parts available knowing you've got the right part for your car.. Easy to navigate and fast checkout process!!
Parts i ordered were delivered in 2 days no charge but you can also get priority for a small charge.

Excellent customer care, good quality parts
Ordered set of coil springs, had nightmare fitting them and once on the car appeared to rub on wheel arch, GSF took back the parts and issued full refund, great email comms throughout , will defiantly use them again, customer service from Elliot Maynard second to none, well done GSF and its employees!

Next day delivery didn't
HI Frank. Ordered some parts from GSF AT 0930 hrs which qualified for free next day delivery.Looking at the Parcel Force tracking sight they were despatched from the depot on the evening of the day I was supposed to receive them. Surprised really because my previous dealings with this firm have always been sound, although that was mostly in person at the Leeds Burley Road branch from when they first opened. Rang the firm three times for various reasons, I thought on two occasions it was "too much bother".

Excellent - good service and best price
Very happy with a replacement wing mirror that I bought for my Golf. Not only was the part correctly ID-d (a challenge for others) and absolutely the best price, but it was delivered free the next day. Very difficult to fault that kind of service.

Excellent website, clear product info, easy ordering and fast delivery.
I have been using GSF Carparts online for my car spares and am really chuffed with them so far. You just enter your vehicle registration number on their website and all associated parts are listed including standard (cheaper) or premium (more expensive) options. Its clear and easy to follow and if you have multiple cars or run a small garage/repair shop you can create a 'garage' of online vehicle details so finding parts again is dead easy. Also not only are they very competitive on price I often get discount voucher codes that can be used when ordering online for even more savings.
Delivery is also good, I have only used the free 48hr delivery but you can pay extra for various faster delivery times. Or if you prefer and have a local GSF you can order online and pick up in branch. I've found them excellent so far.

A Fabulous Company to Deal with
Saved me a fortune on main dealer prices.
Everything received seems to be of good quality and works really well.
I did mess up on the ordering of one item, but having sent it back a refund was quickly issued.

Great value even for just a basic bulb
Purchased a tail light for 95p delivered. I thought it could have been wrapped with a bit more care, so I'm not sure if the person sending it, touched the bulb glass, which will limit its life.

Easily identified the correct part and no sooner ordered than delivered!
We identified the error code in my wife's Polo, Googled the part. Found the GSF Car Part, using their easy to follow guide, ordered the part which promptly arrived within a couple of days. No major problems but poor communication
I have recently ordered 2 items from GSF, one arrived promptly but the other took 3 days. I was under the impression that it would be received a little faster than this.
My major concern though was the lack of communication from the company. After ordering both products I checked my emails (including junk folder) and nothing was ever received. This was disappointing as I had no idea if the order had been placed successfully or I'd the items had been dispatched.

GSF - On time, high quality, lowest cost every time
I have found the service of GSF Car Parts superb. I regularly order, but have noticed that by going into the store, slightly better discounts can be found. However the mail service turns up every time exactly when they say it will and the parts delivered are both high quality (we go for OEM as much as possible and GSF do that). They should consider making it easy to send offshore as I have interests in New Zealand and would use their service more if this aspect was easier.

cheap with fast delivery
Ordered a part for my car which was £5 cheaper than my local store £25 vs £30. Got free delivery and it arrived in 2 days. An excellent service.

absolutey "not as it says on the tin"
not the service i expected from one of these well known motor parts providers.various e-bay sellers couldnt provide the price /delivery service that GSF claimed to provide. although the price was very reasonable,the next day pre noon delivery charge was also very good it was the fact that my order was still processing after 2 days. i ordered before 8am and paid instantly with my card but still part wasnt sent so the same day dispatch was just as far as i am concerned--A FARCE. i would rather pay extra at my local motor factors to have the confidence that my customers vehicle will be returned to them with the parts fitted on time .

I'm not too sure what the problem with the order/delivery was with your order, but as far as I can see the payment was made on the 30th May, and then a refund was made on the 31st May.

Slow Delivery. Product was sent the Next day, it was promised to be on its way the same day. There was Still time on the counter... Slow responses on inquiries.
Delivery partner abroad is too slow. Ups usually takes 2-3 days to finland. Current service takes a week. Very dissapointed.

Please note that the counter on our website is to order for same day despatch - not same day delivery.
UPS may well be slightly quicker than the current service we offer, however they are a lot more expensive than the relatively cheap price you have paid to get that weight to Finland.
