I was pleased with the ease of finding the right car parts, the price was good but the payment and check out is terrible. I'm not one for reading all the detail, regrettably, so as a result I requested next day delivery and failed to notice that they don't deliver on a Saturday. My fault I would admit, but most sites I use won't take your money for next day delivery unless they can actually deliver. A simple pop up script to warn the user that next day delivery is not possible would have prevented this. So I paid £8 for next day delivery and received the order 2 days later with absolutely no chance of a refund, basically punishment for not reading the delivery notes. My advice is to chose your delivery option with care as they won't refund you for a mistake.
I recently purchased a set of front lights for my VW T2, made up with both the quality and price, purchased before 4pm they were delivered the next day, I needed them before 10am so paid extra, unfortunately they came around 11am, spoke to the guy on the phone and he apologised and gave me a total refund no quibble, no messing just a really good service. A1 would defo use again.
Quick delivery of good quality, correct part, at a good price. I would give 5 stars but although well packaged, they could use recycleable packaging to avoid loads of taped bubble wrap going in the bin.

Great prices, i got next day delivery even though I didn't specify it. In fact I had free delivery. I saved about £20 per item on the local motofactors. I really can't recommend them enough.
Ordered a rear brake calliper for my Passat as the electric handbrake gearbox was mashed. The part arrived quickly but was very poorly packaged, the outer box was intact and no damage whatsoever, inside was a second box neatly backed in bubble wrap but the box was destroyed and held together with various differing types of sticky tape and looked like it had spent 6 years in war zone. Inside this was my calliper sat unprotected on top of a scrap of bubble wrap and the the electrical connector on the calliper is snapped. This must have been but in the box this way so it cannot have been checked. To top it all I phoned GSF and they asked me to send photo in by email which I did and they will not respond to communications. Well done you now have one less customer to deal with and I will be recovering the funds.
Ordered a few minor parts for Peugeot 307 exhaust system as Eurocarparts where out of stock.
I rarely use GSF due to problems with receiving the incorrect items but as I was desperate I gave them another go and wish I hadn't bothered. The exhaust bolts and springs where incorrect and not even close to being the right items so made the job much harder as a result.
Lesson learnt, I'll just stick with [External reference removed ]or other local motor-factors in the future and if they don't have the parts in stock that I need, I'll just wait for them to get them in for me rather than waste more time and money with GSF.
I couldn't believe the price of the part and the speed in which it arrived. I ordered it at 1400 and it was in my hand by 1000 the next day...and delivery was free! Thank you Team GSF.
Sneaky, underhand company asking for your information by giving you cheap instant win cards with no value. Two cards I received offered 10% discount, BUT ONLY IF YOU SPEND £100, it does not say on the cards terms and conditions apply! I have dealt with this company for very many years but I will now take my custom elsewhere due to the fact that most items can be purchased at the same price or less at other part suppliers! Dissatisfied customer!!
Having used gsf carparts on four occasions in the past few months I am very impressed
with the standard of service given. I would have no hesitation in recommending GSF Carparts to anyone else and indeed have to a friend of mine who maintains his own car.

When I selected collect from branch the total jumped from £75 to £83. GSF were unable to explain this glitch, so I re-ordered the next day opting for free delivery at the original total of £75. The goods arrived in a couple of days.
Well what can i say they have employed arrogant( cock headed) Lads that speak to you as if they doing you a favour. My order got left with random person according to them, i was not left a card informing me on this nor was i phoned. No apology despite the order being very late and careless attitude. 3 Stars cos i order prior and orders have always reached in time without problems, but staff are still arrogant, most of them anyway!
I had no problems ordering online, site very easy to use, parts are very reasonably priced and delivery quick and on time, I was able to start work on the car knowing the part was going to be delivered on a certain day. keep it up and I will definitely use again.thanks.
We usually deal with a local car part supplier but we found ordereing from GSF was quick easy and CHEAPER than our local supplier .....RESULT !! We ordered the items on the Thursday afternoon and we had them by Tuesday - fab service. I love the fact the parts are selected using the car reg and its brings up the car details and only parts relating to that model of car. Fab System.

I bought from GSF because a seasonal offer made them the cheapest by far. With a 25% discount and click and collect available at my local store it should have been easy. My branch could source the parts in 24 hours but because the website said they had no stock I couldn't use click and collect and buying directly over the counter (easiest by far) meant I would not get the dicsount. Head Office had no clue about how the offer worked or why I couldn't get the discount in store, staff at both head office were far from attentive also. To get the discount I had to opt for home delivery despite the fact my local branch could get the parts. A week on my parts still haven't arrived. Accompanying bits ordered from the competition was a less painful and faster experience. Overall probably not worth the hassle!
