Simply put - item I ordered from the image available on the website was not the item displayed there. Have returned the item 1st class ( at my own cost ) with a fairly detailed letter containing what was wrong and what I needed. That was over a week ago - even after some calls they seem to have lost the item - ho hum there may be something to be said for shopping in an arena where you can touch the item first after all !!!
