After much searching on the internet on how to fix my blower heater in my Caddy I went to GSF put in my registration and it came up with what I needed.
A good price and quickly delivered and my problem is now fixed, would highly recommend.
Overall a good service, the make (VTech) of the items would not have been my first choice had I known - this is not shown on the purchase pages and was somewhat disappointing.
Identification of specific items (brake discs/pads) was slightly confusing due to different features of otherwise similar products and no side-by-side comparison function when shopping online. The realtime "chat" function was useful - the item code (of the premium products) was given which allowed the cheaper standard products to be identified.
Delivery was next business day which was excellent as i only selected the standard, free service.
Although perhaps not as cheep as another well known co. for some items, GSF have given me great service many times in the past. They have proved very trustworthy, good communications, quick delivery, that's why I use them and recommend them.
Order took 4 days to be dispatched by which time I had to go to the shop instead where I was given the wrong part twice and a broken part. Aftee 3rd trip to shop I finally had the bits I needed. Hugely underwhelming.
Any GSF car - this is the place to go. All my merc service parts in stock, free delivery, next day delivery. Wouldn't go to Merc unless it was a merc only part.
This site was easy to use, simple part finder. However, after ordering a sump plug , I would expect it to come with a new copper washer, which is just as important as the plug to renew. This was not described either way at the check out and when contacting the company , I was told it was extra. It may be wise to double check, what your getting or just phone up. This makes the part a third more expensive than my normal supplier.
Having used GSF for more than 20 years have relied on them for Audi and volkswagon
parts they have never let me down, hard to beat that kind of record
Tried to buy a coil pack for my car so rang the Trafford Park store. Was told that they only had the 'premium' parts in stock at nearly double the price, even though I had checked the availability of the normal parts online beforehand. Once I ordered the part online however it came the very next morning (I ordered it on a Friday afternoon) so this would of been a 5 star if it wasn't for the conman in the shop!
Parts arrived as described at a good price although Stirling is classed as the back of beyond ( that's not usual for Couriers ) so a day later than advertised. Website was clear to use and to be assured that the parts were the correct ones for my model of car. Paul @ Kippen.

I typed in my reg number, found what I wanted without worrying if it was going to fit or not. Next day there's a box with my bits inside. ooh. Within 24hrs of car going wrong I was back on the road. Already recommended to my brother.
Was able to get a part for my car tat didn't come with the original part from dealers. Great communication, letting me know when dispatched. Have added company to my favourites!
Had to pay return post on a switch , after entering your reg , the correct part for your car shoud only be displayed , like euro car parts , why baffle us with long code and chassis numbers , terrible order system won't be returning .
The prices are good with free delivery, you should try them.
I received the parts very quickly and they were correct .The price was very good compared to other sites .They also didnt charge huge prices for posting .In fact it was free.I certainly will use them again for parts for my car .
