I purchased two G-Tech vacuum cleaners on line. Delivery was promised next day. I did my bit; paid upfront...then waited. Next day...no delivery. Next next day...no delivery. A phone call. "We're out of stock." No apology...no sorry...no sympathy. I mentioned that I had done my bit and had been let down. Nothing other that "What do you want me to say?" Marvellous! After pilling teeth with this fellow, he ultimately conceded that they had been caught napping and had called further stock from the Warehouse. I might get mine tomorrow... I didn't, of course. They turned up the following day. No call to confirm. An apology...sod off; I'm only a Customer. I'll think twice about spending my valuable income on G-Tech products next time. Let's be honest, a nice little call to tell ME they'd be late would have been all it took. An apology can work wonders. I hope the vacuum cleaners do, otherwise I will consider my G-Tech experience to have been shabby, at best.
