So Easy to use
This cleaner is just so easy to use and makes it very simple to clean carpets - I don't have any wooden floors. I am not really sure how long the battery really last, I don't think it is for 60 minutes.
I have a Dyson "proper" cleaner but this saves such a lot of time not having to drag out the main cleaner for everything.

Brilliant,easy to use and great cleaning!
Very impressed with this vacuum cleaner.It is so easy and lightweight to use.Brilliant suction with great results! It almost makes vacuuming enjoyable.Would highly recommend this to anyone but especially those who find traditional cleaners too cumbersome.

The Gtech Air Ram cleaner is the best household product that I have ever bought.
My wife and I now 'fight' to do the 'hoovering'. We have always had two 'hoovers'...one for upstairs and one for downstairs. This cleaner is so light and a joy to carry and use that we only need one machine in the house.
There is no need to buy and store spare 'hoover' bags and it is so effective that it sucks up half the carpet as well! However, it is easy and not messy to use.
I intend to buy another one...for my son and caught-in-law's wedding anniversary soon.
Hope it is designed and made in the UK.

The new AirRam deserves star-billing(5)
Being a senior citizen I wanted a lighter efficient hoover and so far It has lived up to and exceeded my expectations.I hope this performance lasts in the long term as I am very pleased with it and the service from Gtech.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends whose needs are like my own.

No effort in achieving a super clean
An absolutely fantastic cleaner, the carpets have never looked better! However, don't be in a hurry to get rid of your previous model, because, with no hose attachment you can't clean in small gaps.

WOW ITS GREAT

Easy to use site that delivers value and a cleaner does exactly what it says it will.
I'd been watching the adverts for some time before making up my mind to buy. The website made this easy as it gave clear demonstrations of the cleaner I wanted. Initially I was worried about how it would perform against my current Dyson machine. With two constantly shedding Labradors, it's very important that it gets up all the loose hair from my carpets. My new G-Tech Air Ram cleaner certainly performs well. I use it much more than I used to use the Dyson as it's lighter and so much more maneuverable. The battery charge lasts a long time. I took advantage of the second battery offer and I'm glad I did. It's one thing I'd recommend if you intend purchasing this particular machine. One battery in the machine and the other on charge takes care of all my cleaning needs. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Excellent suction and so easy to use!
Having bought an AEG battery upright and been very disappointed we were pleasantly surprised by the good suction and ease of use of the GTech cordless vacuum cleaner. It seems to be good on all surfaces but best on carpet. I took advantage of the extra battery offer but probably did not need to as this machine is used only as an adjunct to our main machine. It is great not to have to untangle/unwind cables in order to clean up after various spills. It really does live up to its advert.

Excellent product
This is a very good product which is used a couple of times every day because of our hairy dog, I am shocked everytime I empty it at the amount of hairs it has picked up. It is very light and manageable. The only thing that was disappointing was that we paid £200 direct from Gtech, a couple of weeks later it was on QVC £40.00 cheaper and as our first smaller GTech came from QVC we was a bit annoyed.

At last a powerfull vacume with the luxury of no lead to worry about.
Once fully charged vacuming the house becomes a pleasure & not a chore. Emptying ? it's a lot easier than emptying your Dyson container or your Hoover bag. I wish i'd known sooner !

at last! a cordless dust buster that works!!
I've tried a few battery powered appliances over the years and always been disappointed by either their lack of power or their inability to hold a charge.
So, when I got the chance to try the GTECH cordless vacuum cleaner I though "here we go again, this will probably be another disappointment".
Not a bit of it, how wrong can you be? I was and still am delighted by the power of this little appliance that I have christened "J Edgar"
It does my 2 bedroomed bungalow throughout comprising a carpeted hall; 3 carpeted rooms; 3 tiled room floors and 1 timber floored room and will do so 4 times on a single charge.
The GTECH also takes only a short time to charge up and if it wasn't for the need of a hose connection for ceiling areas, I wouldn't ever use my Dyson again.
I thoroughly recommend the GTECH battery powered vacuum cleaner.

Well what can I say, it does everything is says on the tin. Fantasic technolgy, the bext hoover I have ever had, so light, so powerfull, so easy to use, everyone should have one. I will never go anywhere else.
Gtech is the best yet.
This is a fantastic little machine. It cleans my carpets and floors better than anything we have had before and we have a hairy spaniel. With the dog it just means that we empty a little more, but that is so easy it is no problem. I would recommend this to anyone.

Amazingly Great Hoover
I brought the hoover on advise from a neighbour who was getting one and said that they are just a great item to use as been told by a friend.
I love using the hoover on clean up day as it wants to go on its own with minimum fuss and I never used to like hoovering. Extremely light even with the battery attached.
It makes it such fun to clean the carpets rather than it feeling like a chore.
Very simple and easy to use and clean.
I highly recommend getting one as it makes my life more manageable.

product over-hyped,.... two average house capacity battery ....must be dolls houses.......doesn't clean along straight edges or right into corners. Limited use to floors only....useless on stairs.

Excellent Product - Zero customer service
Ordered and received the GTECH RAM AIR and additional battery - very pleased with it - in fact it's superb ------ Sent email for free data cable - confirmed by a GTECH email saying info received and would be dispatched ---- nothing arrived! ----- sent another email explaining this - No reply nothing! ---- sent a complaint email to customer service - guess what? NO REPLY

amazing bit of kit
Been looking at ads in paper for ages,then advertised as an offer I could not resist-free postage,money off and a free battery.
When it arrived I charged it up and got cracking,after making a boob with the handle being on backwards,did whole of home in 20mins,usually 2hours with a cylinder hoover.
So pleased with it-I ordered another one on the same offer and an extra 10% off.
Now got one upstairs and downstairs.
Free battery did not come with second hoover,but after a phone call one was with me within two days.
Great service.
Folk are visiting with the purpose of giving the Gtech a go,excellent,not heavey and very movable for a dissabled person like myself.

Easier to use - but not so good on uneven stone floors.
Much better and easier to use than conventional vacuum cleaners, there's no flex to get tangled around the furniture etc and the battery lasts well. On the downside, it doesn't like uneven stone floors and also struggles sometimes to pick up dirt etc on smooth wooden floors - just pushes the dirt around.
On the whole, I'm pleased with the AirRam.

Every dog owner needs one of these !
With my old dog and a puppy, both Gordon Setters, having to live in the breakfast room for five months this winter I was driven to distraction having to get the vacuum out every day and sometimes my GTech carpet sweeper too. A month ago I bought the cordless vacuum. I am still using it every day, (the weather is so bad, the dogs are still in residence) but the results are much better and using it is much less hassle than vacuuming the usual way. The extra battery is really useful as I never get stopped mid way through the task. Dogs living in during winter is not ideal and this is the best help I have had.
The filters being washed once a month must assume a cleaner house than mine!
I empty the box and tap the filters after every use and have washed them through after three weeks. Now what I would like is that I can move off the rugs and wash my hard floors at the push of a button......that would be a real design coup!

Good service BUT 3 attempts to get one that worked correctly.
Very pleased with the one that works properly. The first and second one would not tackle certain carpets areas and just switched off. The 3rd unit was responsive to all surfaces and the sound varied as it moved from one to thickness of carpet to another and the battery lasted for longer. Easy to handle, very good results now.
Gtech customer service where very pleasant and replaced and collected faulty ones.

unfortunately the cat still hides behind the couch!!
I am unable to do my own housework because of arthritis, but I can manage this 'hoover'. This 'hoover' is great. so light, no cable, that makes a huge difference! I worried about the suction, but it's every bit as powerful as the Dyson. One thing I wonder is can you invent attachments so that we can use a crevice cleaner, and a soft brush tool for furniture and curtains.
Unfortunately the cat still hides behind the couch - it's the noise!

Absolutely brilliant appliance & company
Highly recommended very powerful, cable-free vacuum cleaner. Lightweight so I can simply carry it upstairs, no need now for me to have two appliances upstairs & downstairs. Battery life lasts for ages & does not reduce in strength. Every home should have one!

Excellent service and very happy with purchase.
The GTech Air ram I bought is excellent, you won't believe how much dust comes out of the carpet and it's quick and easy to operate and empty. Also much lighter and more manoeuvrable than my old vacuum cleaner so I don't have to lug that beast up the stairs any more. Great advantage not having to keep going and sorting out a cable that always gets stuck on furniture etc. and the battery lasts a long time. Very happy with it.

FANTASTIC!!
This has not failed to impress at all. It's definitely been a good purchase and I would recommend anyone to purchase one of these . I have since purchased another one for my elderly father to use. Lightweight, easy to use. The pick up of dog hairs is excellent, much better than my Dyson animal. I am very very pleased with it.

Best Dust lifter ever
Having had a GTech cordless sweeper for some years and been satisfied with its performance the offer from GTech of the Cordless Air Ram was too good to miss although their £30 off offer to previous customers was replicated instantly by other stockists so not so good. However the new Air Ram is magic I previously swept the 240 sq feet of hard floor in our kitchen with a brush which raised dust as well as gathering same. The new Air Ram vacuum technology sucks up everything and raises no dust ( no floating motes in bright sunlight) I now use my Dyson for the stair carpet only as the Air Ram is not really suitable for stairs. (only Caveat)

This is the "bees knees" of stick vacs - very impressive results on both carpets and hard floors, delivery of unit was earlier than promised, closely followed by the spare battery. 100% performance all round.

I love this cleaner-no leads to trip over-great cleaning power-wonderful!
This is a very lightweight cleaner,which is good for me, as I am getting on a bit.
It brings the carpet pile up beautifully,and if my carpets were a bit newer ,it would make them look perfect.
It is so easy to recharge,and will clean my bungalow twice on one charge.
What more can I say? I am so glad that I bought it.

The service was excellent. We ordered with the free battery offer and no spares were in stock, they didn't inform us of this until we contacted them. But they were very efficient in responding and the spare battery was sent out within the two weeks stated.
The hoover itself I would rate as 4 stars. But with some tweaking would definitely be 5.
It could do with an attachment for doing edges, the brush gets a lot of hair caught which is not very easy to remove. Overall a very good hoover. Does an excellent job with great suction and is fairly light weight & easy to maneuver.

great products, after sales service not so hot.
Purchased air ram vacuum which unfortunately went wrong, phoned helpline and courier was sent to pick up next day great I thought. Was told would be returned in "couple of days " but took several emails and a facebook post to get any information about what was happening, eventually was sent new vacuum which to date is working perfectly.
Still however awaiting data bridge but have given up hope of receiving it as according to one reviewer he has been waiting since January.
Shame such great products don't seem to have an efficient after sales team.
