Awesome guitar store!

I found this store whilst trying to locate a dealer for a little known effects pedal manufacturer. I emailed the store and received a very quick, polite and helpful response from the owner. I placed the order for the pedal Tuesday night and received it Thursday morning which is amazing. It was a great price too. I would highly recommend the store to others and will be doing business again.

I received my Echo Dream Version 2 from Guitar FX Direct less than 24 hours after ordering! I am loving the pedal - even though at home on weekdays the volume off a 5 watt tube amp is my limit. Anyways, Phil & the folks at GFXD have been the epitome of professional customer service. There had been teething problems with regards to the particular batch of Death By Audio pedals my order was part of (the problem had nothing to do with GFXD!) BUT I was kept informed throughout by both email & telephone conversations with staff. My pedal was even kept on hold for me whilst I had financial & Internet hold ups. I cannot stress enough how pleased I am with the service provided. Personally, I can't see myself buying boutique pedals online off any other UK company.

Guitar FX Direct carry an excellent selection of pedals, many of which are hard to find here in the UK. They also offer great customer service; responding promptly and helpfully to all enquiries and they seem knowledgeable about the pedals they sell. I actually decided not to keep the pedal that I bought from them and was able to send it back within the 7 day returns period for a full refund. I'd buy from them again with total confidence.

Great site, product and service

I placed an order for a Blackout Effectors 'Musket' pedal. The site was easy to use. The sales team got back to me almost instantly when I emailed them with some questions. The pedal arrived super fast and was well packed. I've used various big name sites in the past but I've never received such good service like Guitar FX Direct. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The only shop to have what i want in stock!!!! That deliver free in the uk anyway.

I wanted to get a fuzz pedal that was a little different from the norm so after searching youtube came across a brand called 'DEVI EVER'. After reading and hearing countless reviews i decided on the soda meiser and all i can say is WOW. After it turned up (within 2 days standard delivery :) ) i spent 3+ hours getting to grips with it when i first recieved and still cant stop writting new riffs etc that compliment its crazy sound. Love it. Ive had no problems with the service so far from FX direct, as said above i recieved the pedal really quick and well packaged and will definately be ordering from them again in the future as they stock some really awesome stuff.

I only wish that Guitarfxdirect sold a larger range of pedals because then I'd always buy from them! But, the times I've wanted to buy one of Cmatmods' awesome pedals, Guitarfxdirect has been the only place I would consider buying them from.
