Many thanks for your excellent service. The headphones arrived today and are brilliant. They make my playing sound much better. I should also like to thank your staff at your Epsom branch particularly Chris. They were extremely patient and helpful, better than any other guitar shop that I've been in,so I did buy an Epiphone ES 339 from them. I am extremely pleased with it and my friend and I will certainly recomend your shop to anyone we know interested in buying a guitar.

Aye right so, right, I ordered these bit pedals from this geet bit website, and they sent them when they said they would, and they sent is some canny texts saying "Oi, your shit'l arrive tomorrow around this time" and it did arrive that time so it was spot on, whey aye.

Very easy way to make a purchase
The website is still a bit clunky. I was looking for a particular guitar, and it was necessary to navigate the website with a particular search order to find what I wanted, whereas other ways didn't reveal the product. I talked to one of the shops, and they couldn't find the products that I managed to find because I'd played with various search options!
I didn't get a proof of purchase ie receipt with the product. I would normally expect this to be in the box!
Overall though, it was a doddle. I went to a shop, tried the kit, decided what I wanted, ordered it on the web and it arrived safe and sound by courier in a timely manner.

It Works For Me
I have shopped on-line with guitarguitar for the last four or five years,it's simple hassle free,check out the on-line store,find what you want,often there is a video of the product,so you can check out what it sounds like,order before 3pm and you have in stock items by the next day.......plenty of helpful people to give advice,or assist with any problems (if you have any) So far my experience has been problem free...it's the only music store I use,they have it all and it works foe me.....5 star +

A rare lefties paradise, well done!
As a left handed guitarist it is often difficult to find a decent choice of instruments and definitely top quality models (even in this day and age when us lefties aren't quite so alien). Guitarguitar offers just that! Very good choice of left handed guitars (amongst right handed models and other items), ranging from budget, to my preferred choice of mid range, up to high end. I purchased a Taylor GS mini in all mahogany and it is one of the most beautiful acoustic guitars I have played. The delivery was free and extremely fast (next day), it arrived in perfect condition and well set-up (no need to adjust the set-up at all). Also, the price was fantastic and the video link in with the item description was very helpful in terms of hearing the guitar and how it can perform. The purchase was very easy and quick to make and the communication from guitarguitar was efficient but not over bearing.

Fantastic
I used to buy my music equipment from guitars amplifiers and keyboards (http://www.gak.co.uk/) but my friend at work mentioned guitarguitar so I decided to check it out and although gak,co.uk is good, it is now a secondary option because of how great guitar guitar is. The website is easy to find what you're looking for, it offers great bundles to what you are buying and the delivery service (DPD) is the best delivery service I have ever received, it's free, it's next day delivery and they send you a text and email telling you what time they will be at your house and if you would like to leave it at a neighbours door. I will now use guitarguitar as my fundamental website to buy musical equipment. I would recommend this to anyone!

Boxed and sent without checking
I bought a goldtop epiphone Les paul standard a few weeks ago and it was my first purchase with GuitarGuitar so I was a bit apprehensive anyway as all of my purchases are usually made from Richtone Music.
The guitar was really well packaged and everything but they obviously did not bother to check if the guitar was on an exceptable condition. The neck humbucker was completely hanging out of the guitar and wasn't tightened before it was sent. The strings were all very loose and again, not checked.
The guitar (after some TLC) is great but was very disappointed with how I received it.
With all of my other guitar purchases, I received them with no problems and had obviously been checked and repackaged.
This one how ever, was not.
Will think twice about purchasing from GuitarGuitar again.

Finest service you could expect to get!
Bought the TC electronics flashback x4 delay pedal. Nice flexible delay, you can set up three different delays up which are each enabled by three different footswitches. 16 different delay types to choose from including tape echoes, analog delays through to pristine sounding digital delay. The unit was delivered free of charge the day after it was ordered, you couldn't get better service than that!
