Fantastic Service For Businesses

Really happy with the quality of service offered by G Wizz, who sub contract our work out to City Link and UPS at amazingly competitive rates. We have now been using them for a year and are delighted. Any problems with the actual carriers are handled for you, and all claims have been dealt with, on items for which we have taken out their insurance option, which is unheard of with couriers.

Great service - keep up the good work!!

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!!

BEWARE!!! Stay well away from these cowboys, I used them once and never again. 12 weeks after my collection this cowboy outfit stole money from my account claiming a missed collection. They ignored my emails for several weeks and I only got my money back from my credit card. There are several cheaper, better and certainly more professional companies so avoid this mob at all costs!

We make it quite clear on our website that if the customer is not in when City Link attempts a collection then they will be charged a wasted journey charge. The customer agrees to this extra charge when placing their order, and agrees that we can charge their card for any extra charges their order incurs. This customer appealed the charge, which we appealed with City Link. His emails were not ignored, every one had a response, and as soon as City Link confirmed their decision we informed the customer. This customer's issue is with City Link's unpopular wasted journey charge and not G WIZZ Courier Services.

Brilliant Customer Service

We have used this company a few times now and they have always gone out of their way to provide an outstanding service. I would highly recommend them.

Parcel not collected!

I booked a parcel in for collection with this site a few weeks before christmas. The collection failed FOUR TIMES! I demanded a refund from them which I eventually got.

Cheap but BEWARE!!!

I thought I had saved a fortune when I found this company. Booking went through and everything looked good. Then.. waited all day for collection and no-one turned up, contacted them and rebooked for next day. Fingers crossed I thought. Still no collection!!! I was livid and demanded a full refund.
Just when I thought the whole palaver was over, I checked my bank statement, only to find that they CHARGED MY CARD for over £15 for a failed collection.... even though I was IN!!!! I tried contacting them and all I got back was check the Terms and Conditions... Yes, I agree it does say you will be charged if no-one is there or the parcel wasn't ready, but other than standing all day waiting on the doorstep to hand over a parcel, what more could I have done?????

HOWEVER, they do not provide the service, charge my card almost double the initial "cheap" price for a "failed collection" and did not provide any type of customer support!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
