Our goods have still not arrived very poor service
This item was ordered and we paid for fedex delivery. We have been without our shower for a week now and the part still has not arrived! I sent e-mail today chasing order and still do not have it. Cannot believe you want feedback when you have not supplied goods.

I am sorry to hear that you have had to wait a week for your order to be delivered, the delivery times on our website are normally a very good indication of delivery time and these delivery times are normally met. Unfortunately our stock order took longer to come in than usual and therefore impacted on delivery of your order.
I appreciate that we should have notified you of a delay and i apologise that this did not happen. This is certainly not normal practise for the plumbing shop and i can assure you that if you do decide to shop again with us in the future it will not happen again.
I have also this morning refunded your delivery charge to go some way to apologise for the service you have received.

Poor communication
Ordered on Monday expecting delivery within 2 days. Phoned on Wednesday am to chase only to be told that their suppliers had yet to deliver to them. Wednesday pm told that the order would be with them Thursday and delivered to me Friday. Waited around all day but nothing arrived. Phoned Friday pm only to be told that it had still not arrived with them but should be with them following Monday. Am now awaiting delivery on Tuesday. Fingers crossed!
I know that things can be delayed but please keep your customers informed of what's happening at each stage.

I am very sorry to hear that the service that you received was not the fast and efficient one that it should have been and normally is. We do normally hold these in stock but Unfortunately our stock order was delayed and therefore caused shipment of your order to be delayed.
I apologise that you had a lack of communication as we should have contacted you to inform you of the delay. Please be assures that this is not normal practise for the plumbing shop, and if you do decide to order with us again in the future i can assure you that this will not happen again.
To try to go some way to apologise i have this morning refunded your delivery charge back to your card.

Completely Let Down
I recently ordered a Saniplus from you and was told it would be with me in 1-2 days. When it hadn't arrived after 3 days I called and was told that you did not in fact have any in stock and someone forgot to send me an email with that information. It cost me a wasted day as my plumber had been booked and he charged me cancellation.
I got straight on the phone to another company who had the same product delivered within 24hrs for only a few pound more. Needless to say I won't be using you again.

I am sorry to hear that you had to cancel you order due to us not being able to get the goods to you fast enough, we normally offer a very fast delivery service on these items, however on this occasion our stock order delivery was delayed and therefore had an impact on some of our customers orders. I apologise that you did not receive an email notifying you of the delay and this should of happened.
Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused in the delay of your order,and it resulting in you having to cancel and purchasing from another company.

Water filter successfully located and supplied
Finding the brand of water filter I needed was easy enough as there were lots of sites that sold them. Some offered cheaper copies but I wanted to play safe and get the original model and H-I-E.co.uk had them in stock at a reasonable price. The order was delivered two days after the order was placed so top marks there. One very satisfied customer.

An absolute shambles, don't waste your time with these clowns.
Ordered a shower part online, 2 to 3 day delivery promise. Recieved conformation e mail of my order.
3 days later, part had not arrived, rang them, told part not in stock, will have to ring supplier, may be able to get it in about a week !
What a joke i told them to forget it. Guy on phone said the website details were not always accurate ! Pathetic.

The delivery times on our website normally are accurate, however on this occasion our stock order was delayed and therefore impacted on the delivery of some of our customers deliveries and Unfortunately your order was one of them,we should have emailed you to notify you of the delay and this did not happen so please accept my sincere apologies for this.

I would recommended this company for prompt service
Having never dealt with the company before, I was looking for a shower pump and found the company to be very comparable in price. I placed the order on a Wednesday and on Friday checked to see progress. I was told that the pump was not in stock but one was expected that day. Imagine my surprise when the pump arrived by Fed Ex. on the Saturday morning. Great Service.

Great website - pity about the slow delivery
Order processing was good on the website especially being to positively identify the spare part I was looking for.
Pity that the 'no option' courier delivery service was so slow!

Good gear but wacky delivery
Bought a kitchen sink and a tap. Good price and nice kit. It was possibly excessively packaged. Only real complaint was that there was no notification of dispatch received and the courier left the package on the doorstep without even knocking on the door. I was working in the hallway for 30 mins, popped out the front door and there it was!

Prompt service and great value product - very impressed
HIE were able to supply me with a rather obscure part for a shower, very quickly and at a better price than most other companies on the net. Great service and although I hope I won't need your services soon (i.e.: no broken showers!), I wouldn't hesitate to use the company should the need arise again.

Quality product and safe, secure delivery
No bad, product ordered was great, and was nicely packaged, safe and secure, and on a solid pallet. Cannot fault source or result, however, it was delivered later than expected and we were not informed of any reasons for delay.
Nevermind though, it was not required in a rush so we are quite happy with the receipt - would use again !

'Harley to the rescue'
I ordered a pump to be delivered at my workplace, when I did not receive it I called customer services and was told that it has been delivered and signed for!!
I confirmed with my work colleagues if anyone had talken a parcel in for me and the answer was NO!! A very helpful young lady called Harley assisted me by contacting FedEx and the driver confirmed the parcel had been delivered to the house next door, the FedEx man returned to the house and retrieved my pump from the fraudster!!!
So between Harley and Mr FedEx all ended well, I feel compeled to recommend this company based on its excellent service for which I am extremely grateful so well done!! A special thanks to Harley for going the extra mile, you will go far!!!!!

Customers need to know goods are not in stock
The Company's website did not indicate that the goods ordered were not in stock. So the promise of 1-2 days delivery became a week. I was not amused.

Oh my god!! Hats of for my pump!!
I bought a Salamander pump from these guys, They had a great on line site well laid out & easy to use. I found their prices extremely keen for a top notch pump.
I was kept in the loop with the delivery & the service they use is very helpful, professional ....Absolutely first class. I used to use Screwfix Direct for my plumbing needs..Well their catalogue went in the bin.
I would highly recommend this company.

Very disappointed with the delivery service
I ordered my water pump on a Friday, delivery due by the following Tuesday. Product did not arrive. I then had to make several calls for delivery by the following Friday. Even then it was delivered late. Very disappointed with the service and mis-selling of the lead time.

I am sorry to hear that your experience with us was not as smooth and fast as it should have been. Your pump was indeed due to be with you on the Tuesday, but Unfortunately was delayed coming in from our supplier, we should have informed you of the delay and i apologise that this did not happen. When we became aware of the delay we put your order on a pre 12 delivery with Fedex who Unfortunately failed to deliver before 12 and did not deliver until approx 1.30pm, we will be taking this up with them.
Please accept my sincere apologies for the service that you have received, i have refunded your delivery charge in full to go some way to apologise.
