Would use again. Due to the quickness of the delivery, as did leave a bit late to order as ordered monday evening + needed for the saturday of same week, as needed a of the items for a birthday presents on the saturday. But got my parcel on the friday. So very happy!
I ordered two perfumes on 8th April. Its been one month I have not received my products. I waited for 3 weeks and then when I contacted them they said one of the ordered product is not available and they are waiting for it. When I am checking the website it is showing the product is available. I have never experienced such bad service in my life. No communication from their side. I am disgusted with their service. Will suggest people not to use the website.
Uufortunately my experience with halfpriceperfumes was not a good one. I ordered two items but four weeks later still no order so I rang company spoke to a very polite and helpful young girl who checked my order explained it was "still processing" so dealt with error kindly refunded one item I had to replace quickly and eventually did receive, but this was not very good Customer Service so I wont be ordering from halfpriceperfumes again!! Plus they are emailing me two or three times a day, very annoying, please stop.
Made a purchase weeks ago, still nothing received, I had to email to find out what was going on, only to me told items were out of stock!!!! Poor!! Well that was some time ago still nothing. Bad communication bad customer service.
I was disappointed in the amount of time it took for my order to reach me. I understand you were trying to source one of the items but I was expecting it to come every day and felt deflated each time it failed to arrive. When it came it was of good quality and excellent value for money and I appreciated the fact the extra item was still included. However, one of the items I did receive was the wrong colour, I ordered a lip in "mixed berry" and actually received "strawberry"
Having ordered and paid for my choices I was informed more than a week later that my orders were "compromised" and would not be delivered. Having said that there was absolutely no problem in receiving an immediate refund.
I have ordered, paid and nothing received, so forget it...
l bought this lipstick because it was free apart from the cheap pp, but found l did not have a say in what colour l wanted such as a nice rose pink.And not to my surprise what did l get? a dark brown colour called bronzed a colour l suspect no one else would buy and they wanted rid of.l knew that would happen, but l gave it atry before l chucked it away and to my surprise it looked lovely on my lips not only that but my dry sore lips are now better, so no rose pink but l am pleased l bought it.
Ordered and paid for various items on the 8th April.Had my order and accepted payment e-mails immediately. On 12th April received an e-mail refunding me with an amount relating to part of the order which was not available but no e-mail from the seller explaining or apologising for this - my pet hate when online sites take your order and your money and THEN decide it is not available. If you do not have it - remove it from your site!!! 19th April - still no sign of the order so sent them an e-mail asking for status update. No reply from them yet but order actually arrived on 20th April.
Yes - you do get some good deals on this site but don't bother if you are in a hurry!
Having been registered to the site for quite a while I made my first purchase back in March. They had a fantastic offer on some NYC nail varnish and I also bought a bottle of Beyonce Perfume as a gift.
I want to highlight that had it not been for the woman I spoke to (via telephone) from customer services, then the rating for my review would have been 2 - possibly even 1 star! It took over two weeks for my order to arrive and I did not receive any information regarding it's dispatch or estimated date of arrival until I had contacted customer services (via email). I think I contacted customer services a total of 4 times in order to locate my order.
Upon the arrival of my order I was VERY DISAPPOINTED to discover that despite all my emails to customer services I had been sent the wrong sized bottle of perfume! I had ordered the larger (and consequently more expensive) bottle yet I received the smaller bottle and was still charged for the price of the large. As this was a gift and I had already waited over 2 weeks for my order I did not have the time or patience to return it, so I contacted customer services by phone - which took a total of 3 hours and 8 phone calls before someone answered!!
Fortunately the person I spoke to was wonderfully helpful and did somewhat restore my faith and trust in the company, I was refunded for the perfume and the nail varnishes are brilliant. However, I still haven't decided whether or not I will be ordering from this company again....
Ordered some skin perfume that seemed to be a great price, to good to be true, and umm! yes it was. They took my order confirmed my payment. The next day received an e mail from them, saying Your order has been cancelled!! no explanation. I had to send them an e mail requesting my card be refunded immediately. I dont think they ever had the skin cream. Surely if they were genuine they would of offered an alternative. They have NO customer care skills and i will NOT be ordering from them again.

It has been a week since I made my order and still no signs of dispatch - just got email saying we are preparing your order. Hmm
Called the customer service number at 9am and nobody answers- I tried several times but nobody answered. Finally at 10:15 am someone picked up- if the call centre only opens at 10 am this should be made visible on the website so we don't waste our time. I called to check status of my order and was to that someone would check and get back to me- but nobody returned whole day. I sent email the following day - today and waiting for response still! This is not acceptable at all.

I am very disappointed lately, emails I send don't even get answered. I constantly need a different password. My husband as well (I am hard of hearing) as I complained, answer, well, we inform the IT department, result: nothing, if I should order again tomorrow, I shall need another password, I am used to it. Now I am fed up. Sorry, I will not recommend you to my friends, they know already about the trouble your company gives me and I am not prepared to bother any more, there are others on internet. Great products and really cheap prices - my only complaint would be the excessive packaging that is really no needed and the amount of emails I have received confirming my order/shipment - about 8 in total! Otherwise great site.
i was so surprised when i saw how cheap the prices were,not just fragrances but everything in the store,i will definitely buy from them again
I always look at the website when I need to replace anything to see if they stock it and how much I will be saving, delivered to the door, so no busy shops to navigate and a prompt service, I love halfpriceperfumes
good experience with the ordering process and excellant prices but it is now one week since ordering and the recipient has still not received the goods ordered which are currently being shown as in progress under the order status
J'ai effectué ma commande le 18 mars sur le site, envoyé le 20 d'après le suivi en ligne. 3 semaines plus tard je n'avais toujours rien reçu... Le colis est-il vraiment parti un jour d'ailleurs ?
Ajoutez à cela un service clientèle très difficile à joindre (j'ai du les bombarder de mails pour obtenir une réponse) et vous obtenez la palme du plan galère.
Seul point positif qui évite le zéro pointé : j'ai été remboursé à peine un jour après avoir obtenu une réponse, le 16 avril soit un mois après la commande...
Bref, je ne recommande pas ce site à mes amis français.
The website is very user friendly and I received prompt notifications about the progress of my order. The items arrived quickly and were exactly as described. I am very pleased with my purchase. I would buy from this website again.
I was pleased to receive my order so swiftly, the Breo Watch which was free looked lovely, I followed instructions to set the time but the watch doesn't work, I e mailed my problem to the customer services asking what I should do and so far haven't had a reply which I am most disappointed with.
Whether the watch was free or I had paid for it shouldn't make any difference to me getting a reply to my concern.
I wrote to you to say that I ordere fruit gum and got liquorice. I told you I hate liquorice but I was ignored. Some friend you are. I even gave you the order number and all of that info but still you ignored me. I'll never speak to you again.
i ordered a 'buy one get one free' offer, but only ordered one so didn't get the 'free'one. I rang to explain the situation and the lady kindly said she would arrange for the extra one to be sent to me. Very good service.
