I ordered a hamper from this company, paid the extra for next day delivery. However the hamper did not turn up. I called the customer service line and was advised that the hamper was with the courier company but they could not tell me anything else as the courier company were behind with deliveries. I asked fro the tracking details so I could look at the DPD website and to confirm that the hamper company had actually sent it out to me. However he advised they were unable to give me this information as it was all built in to their own software. He said it would probably come today, but couldn't say for definite. I asked for the express delivery charge to be refunded but was advised I had to wait until the hamper did arrive and then call again for them to refund the charge, This is not a cheap number to call! From reviews I have now seen on this company from other sites I wish I had looked at them first before paying my money. I doubt the hamper will arrive or that it will be easy to get a refund from them either. I asked for an email to be sent to me to confirm that the hamper will be arriving today and received a response to say a ticket had been opened. I am very skeptical that I will receive a response to complaint about the service. Things do go wrong I appreciate however someone should of advised here had been it would be not be delivered to me on time. is that not why we give a telephone number for them to call and advise. I find the whole service disgusting and will not buy from them again.
