Excellent, courteous and speedy service
I understood the items I wanted were priced in pairs so, wanting six, I ordered three (pairs). I received only three items. When I 'phoned to say I expected six another three were immediately dispatched at no charge and without question. I suspect the information was misleading and the items were priced each but the company honoured my erroneous understanding of the description. How a company deals with mistakes is almost more important than their normal service.

Excellent service and quality goods
I ordered it on the Friday afternoon expecting it to take the weekend and the following week to arrive, it actually arrived early on the following Tuesday morning. It was well packed and the instructions on the box were clear and precise. I have fitted it and it functions perfectly, though I consider my self an experienced tradesman, a handy DIY'er can fit this easily.

A good product at a great price
I had been looking for some handles for some new folding doors in our kitchen to replace some pretty vile protruding handles which the joiner had fitted! These were just the right size and came in five different finishes so we were spoilt for choice. Delivery was quick and they were very easy to fit.

thanks for your feedback, i have just been looking back at your order and you placed it online on Sat 28th - we did process on the Monday, but as does happen from time to time, our Hettich delivery didn't arrive with us until the Friday, hence why you didn't then receive till the Monday. So with both weekends involved the delivery looks and feels like it took alot longer. We do in most cases make sure customers have their orders with in 3 to 4 days, some quicker, but unfortunately your order has slipped the net. We apologise for this and hope this doesn't deter you from using us in the future,

Very good.
I had left off of my order a small item of door furniture from other people. They would not pop in into an envelope and post it for me. Their shipping is £5.95 and they would not budge.
Buying the identical item through handles4homes, the item plus postage didn't even come to £5.95.

dont bother with anyone else
had on order for same items at other well known internet handles store, but got let down both financially and in confidence with the firm, for the second time in three years. changed order to handles4homes and dealt with straight away and efficiently, in fact handles were fitted by me to knew doors within week of original order.
