I ordered my shoes about ten days ago, but it stiil not shipped yet.
And NOBODY answered my e-mail!!!!
Maybe the item that I chose was sold-out, but they did not take any action.
If you want to test your patience, I suggest this f**king shop to you.
Made an order (#117944) on 25-Aug-2013, sent many emails try to cancel the order, never get reply from human, finally the shoes were sent out today (depending on the robot email), and got a tracking number RJ277503565GB, which shows the item posted on 04/04/09! I dont remember that i even travelled back to 2009 to buy the shoes produced in 2013! WHAT A SERVICE!
I ordered here because friends told me it was a nice shop with friendly people. However, I placed the order and noticed I had made a mistake, so I immediately mailed them to cancel the order. There was no reaction whatsoever. After three days, someone mailed me back saying it was impossible to cancel my order, since it already had been shipped. Two days after the mail where they said it was shipped, I got a mail from the shipper that said it received shipping information, but no package yet. The day after that, I got an automated mail that they had received the package and were going to ship. Then it took another 3-4 days for the package to arrive.
1. after waiting for days to reply my cancellation mail they said it couldn't be cancelled anymore.
2. the package was really shipped DAYS after the mail where they stated it was shipped
3. I chose the 3-4 shipping option, but they waited so long to han over the package that I had to wait for more than a week.
Next. I wanted to return the item since I made a mistake ordering. They don't include a return form, you have to "request" a return on their site. So I did, and the site said I would get a return label within 24 hours. Again, after waiting for 2 days, the return label was there. I sent the item back, and waited again. No reaction, no mail telling they had received the item, nothing. I mailed them to ask if the item had arrived. No reaction. Mailed again, no reaction. Mailed for the third time, and then they replied saying it was refunded to my MasterCard.
So, in short: they have a nice collection, goods arrived in good condition, but they are VERY SLOW and they do not react to emails. Good site if you are not in a hurry, and if you do not want to return things or want any human interaction.
I don't use Hanon as regularly as I used to (because there are only so many high tops one person can own), but have always received great customer service both in the store and online.
Really pleased with all my purchases and the points that I've earned and spent. I've also had no issue returning a any items by post.
I'm surprised by some of the lower scored reviews. That definitely isn't my experience of Hanon.
Bought a pair of Nikes off them that cost over £100 and had to PAY for postage when other companies were offering free postage if spend over £50-80 normally. But they were the only stockist at the time for the trainer I wanted. Fit was not good, asked for a return, no reply to email. Followed instructions online for a RAN (returns auth number) and was told would be contacted with a number to return. No contact ever made.
SUCH BAD customer service in this day and age.
Købte et par New Balance sneakers til ca. halv pris af hvad de koster i Danmark og fik dem efter 7-10 dage. Tjekkede først trustpilot ud efter jeg havde købt og blev lidt nervøs, da jeg læste alle de dårlige anmeldelser.
Handler helt sikkert der igen, når der skal købes nye sneakers.
I have to admit that I didn't read these reviews before making my purchase, otherwise I might not have placed my order.
But I ordered my shoes on a Friday morning and they were with me on Monday! I haven't had any contact with these guys other than placing my order because I haven't had too.
I also found a pair of sneakers on SALE that were completely sold out everywhere else.
Next time i'm looking for something a little special I will definitely check this site out.
Order has been shipped after 11 days!! (normally 2 days) Also received a refund, and they still haven't contact me why they refund me, I think a item is out of stock, but please say that and not only sent a refund whitout saying anything. Horrible, horrible!
I emailed hanon-shop.com as their website wasn't clear as to their delivery charges to the isle of Wight. Never got an answer but possibly a narrow escape after reading the other reviews here.
Also their delivery information states that if you aren't in twice to receive delivery you have to pay again!?!
This company appear to be going out of their way to discourage customers, and it has certainly worked with me. I will take my custom, and my money, to whichever of their rivals actually appreciate my business.
bought pair of wesc headphones...never had such a bad experience...item got after 3 weeks which is after opening a paypal case..no respond to emails..if anyone is going to buy anything from this estore always use paypal as a backup or else you will never see your money or the item
i placed an order for a pair of volta classics online and 5 days after i recieved a notice that its out of stock. A week after and i haven´t recieved any refund.
Be careful as they list sale items as available and hope you order add. normal items aswell and then after sending you the normal goods, they send the out of stock notice on the sales items ....
