My order was delivered by the date I was informed when placing my order. The items were suitably packaged and in perfect condition. It is the first time I have used this company and will happily recommend to family and friends. Thank you :-)
Products that depend on a tiny part such as in Don't Rock the Boat- should have a few replacements included in the kit; Lose the tiny pivot balance disc and the game does not work. Though possible to male a rough improvisation it is not as efficient. Otherwise an excellent game - previously we have been very pleased with the several products we have e\rlier bought our grandsons.
Everything has arrived promptly, although the latest have not been opened as they are in reserve for birthdays. The quality is very good but the jigsaw does test the patience as it is not interlocking! Will certainly keep an eye on products for future birthdays and Christmases.
My original order (HP212601) was sent to the wrong address. When I phoned to see when it would be delivered I was told this and asked to visit the address to which it had been delivered. This I did on several occasions without success. I phoned your customer services (?!) department again and spoke to Oliver who apologised profusely and said it would be re-sent to the correct address. This has happned on two or three occasions and each time I was told it would be dispatched first class. I have visited the local sorting office who said they could do nothing unless they had a tracking number. Oliver also told me on one occasion that HPC had received an email from the Post Office/Royal Mail saying there might be a delay due to flooding. It is now over a month since the original order was sent, and I have received nothing but empty promises from you and am £18.94 out of pocket. I will not be using your company again and will warn my friends with youg children/grandchildren/nieces/nephews not to do so either.
10 days after placing my order it still hadn't been processed, received a call saying there was an error and I need to re-confirm every item. Then when my parcel was received there was an item missing. I emailed and my item was posted but did not received an apology though or reply to my email. Poor customer service.
I bought this game- hit the hat. for my two grandchildren aged 4&6yrs.we all had fun putting the game together and starting at the easier level we soon moved up to the second stage. the game was very easy to understand it allowed good competition between players but also encouraged good observation skills and concentration. the game came well packaged, and delivery was fairly quick.I think that the happy puzzle company should email the customer when the order is dispatched , otherwise I was very happy with everything . I would recommend this company to family and friends. many thanks una.
An excellent source of gifts to fire the younger imagination, and hopefully inspire some non-electronic, problem-solving thinking !! Might even encourage social interaction with living people in the same room !!!

I would definitely recommend this company. The goods are ingenious, fun and educational. They arrive quickly once ordered and the once there was a problem the staff were brilliant on the end of the phone. They handled it efficiently and gave me trust that what they said would happen, which it did!
