Great choice of games and puzzles, arrived quickly
I purchased a 3-D puzzle for my son's birthday, after getting him one for Christmas which he loved. Very efficient service, came very quickly and packaged well in well padded jiffy envelope. My son loves this puzzle. The Happy Puzzle Company do a great variety of games and puzzles for children, with educational basis. I would highly recommend this company and I would definitely re-order from them.

Great, Quirky well made Games. happy puzzle company spot on for service.
I Bought several games but as some were for presents have only played 3 with our 5 year old grandson.
The games we played were 1. Kookaburra- great price for a fantastic game. Outcome is not predictable as to who wins. Very well made. Grandson loved it.Loved the fact there was a simple version for children. Rules for different animals was a brilliant idea.
2. Rrats. Again very well made- great fun with different options for playing making it suitable for all ages above 3.
3. 3.2,1 Alien Monsters . This was my grandson's favourite. He loved rolling the dice though I think a bit of cheating went on. Great fun and frantic.
i would certainly recommend Happy Puzzle Company . Games are well made and different. The sale prices are a great buy and added incentive to buy more!!

great innovative products excellent service
This is the second time I have ordered from the Happy Puzzle Company and I am extremely please with the quality and range of products that they sell.
They have products that suite all ages up to adult. The special offers they have also on new products are excellent value.

Roller coaster success

Fun and games, but no problems!
Happy puzzle co. is a good site for interesting games and puzzles to attract kids (and grown-ups) away from consoles and laptops. Old fashioned family fun and interaction to be had. Go on, talk to your kids!

Unacceptable service
Am still waiting for the delivery of items I ordered on the 5th March, despite e-mailing them and having a return phone call to assure me I would have the items be the end of March. Nothing -very unhappy grandchildren have returned home.

All games I've ever bought have been great fun
Both recent purchases were for use in a church-run fun afternoon. The Brit Quiz got the mature grey cells very active and Ladders provided an opportunity for completely different skills to be exercised - even a lady with advanced macular degeneration could manage to join in well.

The items ordered were for a child's birthday and ordered late! Fortunately there was an error appearing in the delivery address necessitating a call to the office. The chap answering picked up the problem immediately and delivery was made on the day! First class!

Fantastic products
Your recent order was a brilliant success. Rrrrats was so popular and a fantastic game for young children, to see triplets 4year olds taking turns and playing happily on their own says volumes for this game. Coupled with good service and delivery what more could customers want from a company?

Very disappointed
On 1st April (14 days ago) I had confirmation of my order received. Despite contacting Happy Puzzle on 2 separate occasions, my account shows that the order has not been dispatched. Many of the items are for presents during this month and next so I still don't know whether I need to look elsewhere. This is my 3rd order and the previous 2 were delivered and I was happy.
Update
I was contacted following my review. They told me the system was to blame and that my order was undercharged by £18. I could either pay the extra or take off some items. Fair enough if this had been pointed out at the time of order (and two emails had not been ignored) But to leave me waiting all this time? Bad customer service and just not good enough. Sadly I'll not trust this company again.

Happy Puzzles make happy kids!
Having recently bought three puzzles ready for the childrens Christmas presents (early but why not!) I was really pleased with what I received and will definitely buy more as the year goes on. The delivery was really quick and the puzzles were really good value for money.

Brilliant company!
I ordered Domino Rally as a present for my son and Nubble for us to play as a family. Both excellent games. My son is happy and we've just spent a rainy afternoon playing Nubble. I just wish I'd ordered more games of Nubble whilst it was on such a good offer: one for my classroom and some as presents. The only thing I would have prefered was a dispatch notification as I had no idea about the progress of my order. Will definetly use The Happy Puzzle Company again.

Good value and terrific service
Have purchased two items so far.
First was advertised with a discount code but it didn't work on their website. They phoned me the following day, apologised and took my order. It was delivered within a couple of days.
Second item cost £7.99 plus £3.99 postage and ordered via their website. This was also delivered within a few days. I checked on Amazon before buying and they were offering EXACTLY the same item at £33 and (believe it or not) £80 but with free postage - hardly surprising with the profit they were making!.
Inexpensive items with a good focus on customer service - what more can you ask?

A good experience for us and our grandchildren
We have now bought three or four times from The Happy Puzzle Co. and have not been disappointed. Goods have arrived quickly in good condition, and are much enjoyed by our grandchildren. We keep the toys here to encourage our grandchildren to come and stay.

So many amazing and terrific puzzles in one place
We originally looked at the Happy Puzzle company to find somethng to help my 7 yr old with maths and/or reading as her poor vision has left her far behind in school. We found so many puzzles and activitives for all ages and all levels of ability. Truely fantastic. The whole family loves the items we have bought and it makes learning so much fun. Waiting for the parcels to arrive from England (to NZ) adds to the anticipation and fun. My girls get very excited when a package arrives in our letter box.
