Complaint of standard of food served.
22 members of my family went the restaurant in Meadowhall, Sheffield too celebrate a family birthday which cost £250.
We all had meals from different parts of the menu of which we received 3 so called 8 oz sirloin steaks that would have been better served on a pair of pit boots. The 4 oz steaks were cremated to a crisp and inedible. The tomato and basil soup was just luke warm. There were no gammon steaks and no stuffed peppers for the vegetarians in the group. They had insuffient stocks of wine and the remaining wine was charged at an increased price.
The only good thing about the visit was the ladies that waited on the tables. They did their upmost to provide a good service and should be commended. This is a complaint about the lack of stock and the supervision of the restaurant and the standard of food supplied.

Love it!
Been going for years, and how can you fault the value when it costs less than a burger king!
Maybe it depends on your local branch, but Chelmsford and the others near us are all brilliant.
That said we had our first ever moan last week (waitress was rude - we all have bad days), and had a letter back in a week with a voucher to cover the cost of the meal.
Maybe Sarah its the way you write a letter?

the worse restaurant on this planet
Honest to god - its has taken me over 6 months to get my complaint answered by this utter crooks.
i have complained for months to get head office which NEVER reply. no once.
I have submitted this complaint to BBC watchdog.
There staff are rude, the food is cold and I am fed up to high heaven of never getting a reply.
Very very angry and upset customer. doubt this will ever be settled.

normally good
Eat at a harvester every month or so for the past 3 years. Food is normally good only had two bad meals here in 3 years.two bad meals were quickly dealt with by staff.
