Customer Email Contact does not appear to exsist.

I emailed Hastings Direct for an answer to why my renewal was 12 days late and why they eventually sent it to me twice.
No response received from them at all.
Emailed again and no response.
It makes you wonder what the situation would be if you had to make a claim.
In 2012, you would expect a lot more efficiency from this type of company.
Not impressed.
