Beautiful, high quality products from a fast and friendly supplier.
My product was out of stock but I received a friendly phone call immediately after purchasing to say when it would be shipped or offering a quick alternative. The item came well within the time frame I had been told, nicely gift wrapped and well padded. Lovely Father's Day gift.

First time I have used Haven and it won't be the last!
I was delighted with the service I received. Having placed my order, I got a phone call to say the item was not in stock. They then order it for me and 4 days after I placed my order it arrived, it came at exactly the time the courier said and was well packed. I would thoroughly recommend Haven to anyone and will certainly use them again.

FANTASTIC SERVICE IN EVERY WAY
Great website, easy to order and fast delivery with excellent communication.
One of the glasses we ordered had a minor defect and after one phone call an new one was sent out directly.
All staff very helpful and professional.
Products of excellent quality and packaged well.
Would not hesitate to order from Havens again.

Third Time Lucky
I had been searching for a item of Thomas Medallion Platinum Dinnerware to replace a bowl I had broken. Internet searches indicated sizes in metric that were not exactly the same as my set but I tried one supplier for what appeared to be the correct item. When it arrived, it was the correct diameter but too deep to match the others in the set. I contacted the supplier and described the difference. They responded with another item which, upon arrival, was the right diameter and depth but from the Medallion White range, not the Platinum! Going back to the internet, I contacted several other suppliers but non had the exact item I needed. Eventually, I contacted Havens and spoke with Lisa, who confirmed she had an item that matched my measurements and sure enough it is an exact match. I now have a complete dinnerware set again and am absolutely delighted with the service from Havens. Should there be any other breakages in this set, Havens will be my first point of contact for a replacement.

Couldn't have tried harder to please
The item I had selected was out of stock and they worked hard to make sure an alternative was selected and dispatched in time for my brother who lives in New Zealand to receive his birthday gift.

great Service and great product
This dinner service is a high quality product and although it is not the thinnest set on the market, it is certainly not thick and heavy. The service is versatile and robust enough to use everyday. We had really good delivery service from Havens too. When delivered a plate was completely broken and 2 mugs were chipped. We phoned up and the 3 replacement items were sent out and arrived the next day with no problem. I would thoroughly recommend the dinner service as well as Havens for a place to buy at competitive prices.

Item was out of stock but I was kept informed of the progress. Once in stock it was delivered the following day by courier - courier service also gave a 1 hour delivery time which is great so it doesnt take up all your day. Highly recommended. 5 *****.

Brilliant, Efficient Service!
Ordered a couple of replacement Jamie Oliver for Royal Worcester plates, as I had chipped one - was a bit worried, as I had originally bought them around 6-7 years ago from John Lewis and I didnt think i could get them anymore. Pleasantly surprised to see them here on this Havens website. I ordered them online, and well packaged and bubble wrapped plates arrived 2 days later. I received emails letting me know my order was received and processed, and a email advising that the plates were on the way to me. Thank you very much.

Brilliant communication & delivery
My first experience of havens. The systems are excellent & the people very helpful. I couldn't believe it when I was given an hour slot for delivery & the parcel arrived within 3 minutes of the beginning of that slot. No waiting in for ages with this company! I would not hesitate to order again.

Brilliant service
I would thoroughly recommend Havens, I had my purchase gift wrapped which was very good, much better than I could do. They kept me informed of my delivery and I requested if I could have earlier than their delivery time and it came in couple of days. I would definitely purchase from them again. Havens is the best website I've come across.
The service is second to none. They have all the modern and latest products and styles and offer a fantastic service. I needed a set of wine glasses urgently, I called first thing Thursday morning, my call was answered promptly , the lady was so helpful and friendly, checked the stock and advised me I could have next day delivery for an extra cost . I was delighted and they arrived prompt on Friday perfectly packaged and all glasses in one piece.

Quick and efficient service
I was pleased with the level of communication received via email of all the stages of my purchase, down to the exact hour delivery would take place, even giving opportunities for change of delivery address if I needed to right up to the same day. The glass items received were very well protected by decent packaging.

Couldn't have been more helpful.
Everything went smoothly from placing the order and receiving immediate confirmation to the tracking system with the delivery company. It was a joy to know to within the hour when the parcel was being delivered. Everything arrived safely and beautifully wrapped in quality paper. Five stars aren't enough Havens.

Great service, super fast, easy online payment and search facility.... use of paypal is added bonus.... downside, x2 items where almost 3 pounds more each that RRP and on other online providers sites.... so will be careful in future!

Excellent service & value
I bought some Villeroy & Boch Mugs from here because they were the cheapest I could find. I spoke to the homeware department and the man was extremely polite and helpful. When my order arrived (quickly) I had a personal postcard thanking me for my order by name. I thought this was very personal and was a pleasure to receive such a nice gesture into days society. Well done Havens, what a lovely personal touch and it was a welcome surprise! You can tell your a family run business and reputation and good is paramount to your success.
