Same product online but cheaper than in the shops!
I bought some Villeroy & Boch New Wave dinner plates as they were £5 cheaper than House of Fraser, plus free delivery. I actually bought them online while in House of Fraser courtesy of their Wi-Fi. Havens' website was FAR FROM BEING MOBILE FRIENDLY, but worth the effort considering the saving. Although there was a delay in shipping which was down to the manufacturer, the order wasn't urgent and Havens kept me informed all the way. Can''t fault their customer service. No wonder more and more people are buying online in shops to save money. RETAILERS TAKE NOTE - what happened to Woolworths and Comet can happen to you!

Dear Mr Bruce, Many thanks for your positive comments. We have been trading since 1901 and thankfully we were early adopters of the internet. Our belief is that retailing instore and online is a perfect combination. We also recognise that prices are now transparent and we use that transparency to check our competitors prices and offer our customers the best value not just in price but service too. You are right about our site not being mobile friendly and with the increasing use of smart phones to order, as you have, on the move is something we will be addressing this year. It is great to get such helpful feed back, Look forward to helping you again in the future, Kind regards, Nigel
