I am happy with the products, but a price labels was left under one of the tea pots, and I was charged more than the ammount on the label. The other pots had had labels taken off because there was still part of the label showing. I feel a bit cheated, and perhaps I should have gone direct to the manufacturer.

Dear Mrs Stear, Many thanks for your review and I understand your frustration with the price difference.We have a bit of a balancing act as the prices from most of our suppliers go up at the beginning of the year. In Maxwell and Williams case the prices increased dramatically this year because of the European Commission imposing large tariffs on imported porcelain from China. We put our prices up in mid February usually after our competitors and clearly the teapot was from existing stock we held. Our aim is to remain price competitive and I have checked the Maxwell and Williams site and the teapots are the same price as us. What I will be doing in this instance is to refund £5.00 which should more than cover the difference in price.
