Great product. Good price hen it finally arrived

We placed our order on 18th April. It finally arrived on 15th may. We recognise that you are dependent on your suppliers but this does appear to be a very long time to wait for cups and saucers.

After receiving your email advising us of delivery we contacted you to change not the date but the venue . You confirmed the Change.

We then saw the delivery being made to the first location. When we contacted you your response was that you had no knowledge of the change . We sent you a copy if your email to us.

We did rearrange the delivery but have heard nothing from you since.

The follow up for customers after something like this s not very good

    Dear Mr White,
    I must apologise for the delay and the delivery issue you have had with your order. Normally we have the Maxwell and Williams cups and saucers in stock but we had sold out and there was a delay in replenishment. I can see emails from Lisa advising of the delay, along with a further update advising on when delivery would be.
    What I cannot find is instructions to change the delivery address and if you could forward the original to me nigel@havens.co.uk and I can try to identify how this has evaded our system. Sometimes the email address can be inaccurate.
    I can see that you have signed for the parcel and once again I apologise for the delay and any inconvenience caused.
    I hope that the great British weather brightens up and that you have a profitable season.
