Please stock what you display

Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience. I ordered 5 items, to be delivered to my London office. I am based in India and was travelling to London 2 weeks after I placed the order. After 2 weeks, neither did the package arrive nor any communication. When I wrote to find out, I was told that only 2 out of the 5 items were available. I don't know why they could not give me that information in time? To cut the long story short, those 2 items were sent after I had left London. I am back in India now and my items are lying in my office in London. Poorly handled.

    Dear Puranjay,
    I am sorry that we have not been able to completely fulfil your order.
    We have over 7000 product lines on our website and do not currently have real time stock availability. At time of ordering we do say what we will do in the event of being out of stock and I can see from the email chain that correspondence has been sent by us with updates.
    It was not until more recently that we were aware of a time constraint.
    Once again I apologise for any convenience caused and I will look in to the balance of the order and give you an update with options.
