Still not received order as Interlink had lied about where the package had been sent, only to find out they had smashed the parcel yet were still sending out false messages. Spoilt surprise for my wife completely and would never trust Interlink to carry anything, especially when they send it all round the country unnecessarily. Useless.
Now going to drive all the way to Westcliff (100 mile round trip) to collect as I wouldnt want Interlink anywhere near the parcel.
Will use local John Lewis shop in future.
I bought 2 boxes of 6 crystal wine glasses and the boxes were received in a couple of days packed in a sturdy outer box, the gift wrapping was of a good standard with a handwritten card.
Prompt and efficient service, and very helpful on phone. Would have definitely given 5 stars and would use again, however, penalised for where I live in the UK because of the courier the company uses. The courier charges excess for parts of MAINLAND Scotland. To encourage more Scottish clientele I would recommend a change of courier. Otherwise I couldn't have faulted them one bit, and they certainly helped in trying to reduce the courier
We recently ordered some Jamie Oliver plates and bowls. Unfortunately not all of the items were in stock and I had a dinner party the following weekend. I contacted Havens to inform them and they were fantastic. They responded straight away and agreed to send me the stock that they had (which was just enough for the dinner party) with the other items to follow when they are back in stock. The plates and bowls were extremly well packaged and I was kept informed throughout the delivery process.
Will definately be using again.
I was after a particular clock, made by the London Clock Company. It was very hard to find, John Lewis stores had them but refused to post them to me!
Then out of the blue, I discovered Havens and in particular a very helpful Assistant who I believe was named Louise?. No problems here, although the clock was out of stock, she managed to obtained one quickly and posted it to me gift wrapped AND it was much cheaper than John Lewis too.
A highly recommed company who I will do business with again.
I found Havens through Google. I was wanting a replacement for some broken Waterford. Unfortunately I had some trouble on the internet and ordered the same thing three times. I got a phone call within and hour querying the order and correcting it forthwith, great customer service. The order arrived promptly and at the time advised.

The staff were friendly and could not have been more helpful. As we live in northern Scotland Lisa was helpful in sorting out our delivery without incurring extra costs. My only complaint would be the couriers extortionate costs for shipping to mainland Scotland. It is the first time I have been asked to pay extra for an AB postcode.
Get a fairer courier as not all charge extra to deliver to mainland Scotland and you would get 5 stars.

I found Havens whilst searching for a Ruby anniversary present for my parents. They price matched as promised on their website but most importantly the service was absolutely outstanding - definitely a company that puts the customer at the heart of its business. My email enquiries were replied to immediately and I was constantly updated as to where my order was during delivery. I would have no hesitations recommending Havens and will definitely order from them in the future. Wish there were more companies like this!
Nice to receive a personal update as to when goods should arrive which they did with an excellent courier service well packed and just as advertised with a lovely personal note inside . Well done Havens.Will come back .
Interlink tried really hard with emails and texts telling me when the delivery was coming. I asked them to leave it with a neighbour as we were going to be out at the scheduled time. I then got a text saying they has not been able to make the delivery as no one was in. The website, however, said it had been delivered and when I got home it was sitting on the doorstep. No one signed for it. Impossible to speak to a human at Interlink.
As the glassware was gift wrapped we haven't opened it yet so I hope it's in one piece.

I'm trying to get an answer regarding faulty porcelain that I've received for 2 weeks already but with no response. If you won't fix the issue you'll get very BIG NEGATIVE and it won't be on the site owned by yourself.
After negative review I've been contacted quickly and problem has been resolved.
It was related to the fact that simply replying to their emails sends them to the black hole called 'noreply' account. I'd advise you to improve that - either by changing this address to customer service or adding clear feedback from your mail server that email has not been delivered.
Overall - positive but yes, with some friction.
Very helpful lady to SPEAK to and told me what they could supply in time for a specific event. No promises they couldn't keep. Arrived exactly in hour carrier company they use said it would. No waiting in for hours!
Order arrived in great time always sending confirmation emails to keep us posted.
Lovely complement slip in the parcel (hand written) and a voucher for next time.

I was looking for some mugs that we love and found them in Havens. We brought 10 to avoid paying the delivery charge and because we know we'll use them in the next few years. The site asked for delivery instructions, which is great. But then Interlink ask that you are in to sign for the delivery. Now they do give you a one hour window, but we have a very safe porch where deliveries can be left warm and dry. Do you really need a signature?
Order didn't go through on web site so I called. Lady was lovely, helpful and knowledgable. Item was as described and arrived within date stated. It was also beautifully wrapped, a pleasure doing business, thank you.
I rang the number via company website looking to order goods for my wife for Christmas. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and patient with me! I bought quite a few items and was pleased with the range of items on offer. I have been kept completely up to date with delivery of bought items. I buy quite a lot of goods online and over the telephone and this is the best service I have received bar none. So well done Havens, good, old fashioned service!!
Havens is the perfect internet site to deal with. Friendly and competant, a rare combination these days. The order was processed and delivered as promised with relevant email updates regarding delivery . I would recommend them without hesitation.
Our whole experience with Havens was fantastic. The website was easy to navigate and purchase from and the customer service was second to none with a friendly helpful telephone call when there was an issue with the card card number (which I had mistyped into the computer). Delivery was amazingly fast and the crockery we ordered was so well packed. A joy to deal with.

I went with Havens as a previous experience with another companies's courier service put me off ordering anything from them, so I cancelled the order and went with Havens.
