Excellent personal service, value and rapid delivery
Very happy.
The pottery ordered arrived on time in perfect condition (thank you for the extra packaging). We were given full tracking information and the options for delivery suited our lifestyle.
The order was as good a value as we could get elsewhere online, but we also value going to a company that is rated highly, and we know and trust from when we lived and worked in Essex.

Extremely efficient service.
I am extremely happy with the Internet gift service that Haven provided. Both gifts arrived quickly and were beautifully gift wrapped. I wouldn't hesitate to use such personal device again .

Delivery let down the service.
Lovely product and well packaged, but whole shopping experience was ruined by poor delivery service. After paying extra for a next day delivery service it took two days to get to me. As well as tracking not working on couriers website was disappointing and comes across as unprofessional.

Many thanks for your positive comments about our products and I am sorry that you were let down by the delivery.
We use a few couriers and this one is new to us. Like you we had trouble tracking your parcel on their website, so not a good start. Peter our despatch manager is monitoring their performance to see if this was just a blip and will be reporting back to me.
We recognise that the service provided by our delivery partners is reflected on us, so we go to great lengths to try to ensure that they have the same customer service values as us.
As the parcel took two days to arrive Lisa has refunded the priority delivery charge.

First class service service in a nutshell
I ordered gift on the Thursday lunchtime and was delivered early morning on the Friday. It was an amazing service and also found an email from Havens when parcel would be delivered. The item is absolutely amazing so all round quality on product and company.

delivered before chosen date
Sent three options on delivery date I went for 3rd option to be delivered on Weds 1st May received a text saying it will be delivered on Mpn 29th April between 10.56 - 11.56 lucky I was in at this time any later and I was out for the day. But overall parcel was received at 11.31 and pleased with gift

Crystal Glass Just Means Class
I love these Stuart Replacement Crystal Glasses, Nice looking goblet / wine glass, good in the hand, what I mean by that is, it feels good when held and filled with wine.
I will definitely be adding more to our collection.

Great shopping experience, very helpful
When I placed my order, I received a conformation through very quickly. They unfortunately didn't have my items in stock, but they could detail exactly when they would receive new stock, when my order would be dispatched and when it would arrive, allowing me to arrange someone to take the parcel in. I received text messages confirming delivery specifications which I found very helpful. My order was swiftly dispatched and delivered, I am very impressed :-) many thanks.

Excellent customer service
Havens have been a pleasure to do business with. I ordered an item which was out of stock and awaiting more being made. When the next shipment was sold out again, Havens offered me the option of my money back, or holding it in reserve for when the order could be fufilled. My payment has expired and they kindly called to let me know and emailed my and allowed me time to sort it out. I elected to pay over the phone in the end and that was fine. The parcel arrived in 'airbags' type protection, which were brilliant. They also delivered it to the neighour I specified and left a card and there is a tracking service online. I found this very reassuring.
I haven't opened it yet, as it was beautifully gift wrapped with a handwritten card for my husband. I'm sure it will be perfect when he opens it on Thursday!

Very reliable, efficient company, having used Havens on several occasions
Always use Havens when looking for a special gift ie 21st birthdays, weddings or christmas presents. I have oredered lots of glass ware and the order normally arrives by the next day with no extra postage charge for the service. Excellent service all round.

Fabulous and Friendly service.
I ordered some small jugs without handles to go with some I was gifted but when they arrived, I had ordered the wrong size. I called Havens and I spoke to Lisa and Danielle and they were so very helpful and speedy and sorted it out for me there and then and I now have the ones that I wanted. Great job Havens and I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them.

We have had a dinner service for over 40 years, some of which has survived! We still like it very much and were delighted to find that Havens stock it. We placed an order by telephone, being assisted with courteous and friendly advice. Within a couple of days the goods were delivered just as hoped for - together with a very nice postcard showing some pictures of the firm in bygone days. A nice touch. We shall probably order some more of the same in the future and will definitely recommend Havens' excellent, attentive service.

Alll is well that ends well packaging and presentation excellent.and in perfect condition.
The person or persons whom I spoke to on the phone after the order was placed could not of been more helpfull it was much apprecated.The order was placed on the 25th of february with a 2-3week delivery the parcel finally arrived on the 6th of April .we will just say weeks are longer in England than in Scotland.
