Excellent quality, reasonable prices and responsive staff!
I've shopped on their web a couple of times, every time being a success. Online size chart is exact, customer support is very responsive and willing to guide you through the process if needed, packaging is pretty.

Poor service
Visited Liverpool St store. Wanted a choice of both button down and formal collar. Not impressed. with the service. There was a couldn't care less attitude from the two female sales staff. Was iI being served by work-experience employees? Then went to Jermyn Street Flagship store, were I had to iterrupt 3 staff who were busy gossiping! Gets three stars for good product. Not what I expected!!!
