In 15 years or so of ordering goods with retail companies online I've never encountered a company this bad. The problem is if they ship you something wrong or not working correctly, which seems to effect a lot of people a month based on their eBay feedback, they have a total inability to handle the returned item or keep you informed on the progress.
Our experience with them was they shipped what looked like a reconditioned item, they sold it as new. It had some serious issues. They asked us to return it using their prepaid postage. Which we did. After raising a dispute and forcing them to respond they claimed the item was never received. Cause we used their postage it's un-trackable, even by Royal Mail!

Customer paid for postage not refunded. Emails and phone calls ignored. I posted some of these concerns on their Facebook page. They deleted their whole Facebook presents rather than get in a debate about their practises.
