Check the negative reviews on Ebay... I was, like so many others sent the wrong item. They do not answer the phone, or reply to messages left, or reply to emails. The only way I could get my money back was to open a 'case' with Paypal, but in the meantime I had to pay for the return so my mistake cost me. I have never dealt with anyone like this in many years shopping on line. I sincerely hope that no-one reading this has spent serious money with them and if you're about to - DON'T!!!!!! PLEASE DON'T!!!!!!
I bought a Humax DTR from this company via e-bay as "brand new" but it turned out it was used and refurbished. They even left the paperwork from the previous owner in the box and his postcode was on the machine. I'm trying to get some sense from them on this! No luck so far.
In 15 years or so of ordering goods with retail companies online I've never encountered a company this bad. The problem is if they ship you something wrong or not working correctly, which seems to effect a lot of people a month based on their eBay feedback, they have a total inability to handle the returned item or keep you informed on the progress.
Our experience with them was they shipped what looked like a reconditioned item, they sold it as new. It had some serious issues. They asked us to return it using their prepaid postage. Which we did. After raising a dispute and forcing them to respond they claimed the item was never received. Cause we used their postage it's un-trackable, even by Royal Mail!
But don't take our word for it, check their eBay negative feedback: [external reference removed]. New items arrive with the wrong parts. Returned items never received. Customer paid for postage not refunded. Emails and phone calls ignored. I posted some of these concerns on their Facebook page. They deleted their whole Facebook presents rather than get in a debate about their practises.
