Whenever I order from a retailer, usually Amazon and I see its via HDNL my heart always sinks. Yesterday I was expecting delivery but by 6pm nothing had arrived and I had to go out, when I looked on website it states parcel left with neighbour, but no card left to tell me which one. Lego also use this firm and my last experience was they threw my package over the fence and left it in the pouring rain. I can't understand why Amazon still use them when the other couriers always deliver, especially DPD who even give you a 1 hour time slot on the day and only once out of about 40 deliveries have they been outside of this. I wish DPD did all of Amazons parcels
