Was amazed at the competitiveness of this company I hadn't heard of, I trusted the reviews of others and have just insured our new rescue cat. Hopefully wont have much cause to use the cover! But relieved to have such comprehensive cover for a great price

No hidden clauses everything is up front and easy to see.
Premiums are "normal", no shocks. You can opt for direct payment to your vet or to you.
When a friends young dog was seriously ill they sanctioned the go ahead and paid bill promptly. Her experience made me decide I would take out the same insurance cover for my Puppy. Only problems I came across were whether my dog was small ,medium or large ( hard to tell on a 10 week old puppy) and obviously she is too young to be neutered but will be in a few months time. I telephoned healthy pets and was told I could change it at a later date so that solved the problem. Policy arrived within a few days and was clearly written.

service second to none
went on line to a comparison website to get insurance for my cats.Healthy pets was the only one which gave an option at the start to add another pet and also gave discount for the 2nd cat. This therefore really appealed to me and I applied for insurance straight away. Also very reasonably priced.

A hassle free process from quotation through to payment and quick delivery of paperwork.
I was surprised by the quick hassle free process from begining to end. The quotation via Confused.com was clear and ensured the best decision was made. Access to all the information was easy to find and read. Once I had decided, the payment and confirmation process was great and the paperwork arrived on my door mat just a couple of days later. Liked the personal touch on the envelopes which were addressed to me and the cats !! Thank you.

Esay to use web site
Eay to use/understand website, which clearly outlined the level(s) of cover available. Premium-wise not the cheapest, but a lower excess and better than average vets fees cover was what I was looking for. Happy to recommend this company to others.

Best value for money
I was looking for a pet insurance that would be the best cover for my two cats. I used the comparison sight to find the best value, and this company offered far more than any other. I am hoping I wont have to use the insurance but know I will have no issues if that time comes when I need to. I am however waiting for my two meerkat toys if anyone can help me?

Cheap but comprehensive!
A good range of cover for my pet at a low price! I loved the policy letter which was addressed to my cat, a lovely funny little touch! No issues and a friend I spoke to is looking at choosing a new provider for her cat.

Unfriendly telephone service!
When I phoned up to speak to someone about a point in the policy I thought they were not very friendly and very abrupt as though I was disturbing them! If this had been my first point of call I would not have bothered to proceed with the insurance. I hope they will not be like this if I ever have to make a claim. I am paying the company money everymonth for insurance that I may never need, I think any one on the phone should at least be courteous, friendly and ask if they could help me further. A bit disappointing as the insurance offered is actually good value.

So pleased I contacted Healthy Pets and the process was easy, from point of contact through to acceptance it took only a few minutes and the product is all I was hoping for at a wonderful price, as promised within a couple days I received a hard copy acknowledgement together with the policy which is a handy reference should Molly require treatment.

Brilliant company I've come back to

Easy to deal with, competitive pricing and friendly service
Took out pet insurance through compare the market. Re-directed to the healthy pets website and took 2 minutes to complete insurance. Paperwork arrived within a few days when I noticed an error I had made so called the customer services team and rectified within minutes. Would highly recommend!

Pet centred and straight forward
Looking for a new pet insurance can be quite daunting. I want the best for my dogs without being ripped off by money making bearocratic organisations.
The web site I used was clear and easy to use. I got exactly what the dogs deserve at a good price. Hard copies followed within days.

VERY EFFICIENT!!!!
THE FORM WAS FILLED OUT ON LINE AND WAS STRAIGHTFORWARD TO COMPLETE AND OBTAIN QUOTE. ONCE I HAD RECEIVED MY QUOTE AND DID CONTACT THE COMPANY BY TELEPHONE WITH A QUERY. THE LADY THAT DEALT WITH MY QUERY WAS PLEASANT AND POLITE AND SHE DEALT WITH MY QUERY IN A VERY EFFICIENT MANNER. TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH IS SOMETIMES RARE THESE DAYS!!!

Cheap insurance with quick hassle free payouts
I have had to claim a few times for my cat, each time it has been a painless experience. My only critism is there is no real discount for insuring additional animals and the excess is quite high at seventy five pounds.

Outstanding service, excellent value for money
Having been with another insurer for eleven years (Direct Line) - and having made no claims during that period for my cat, Sydney- I saw my premiums increase year on year. This year I was quoted £21.00 per month - up £4.00 from last year and up £15.00 from my original premium.. Outrageous! Where was the recognition of my no-claims history or of my loyalty to Direct Line over the years? I spent no more than ten minutes on-line comparing prices and benefits and selected Healthy Pets. For less than a third of the premium quoted by Direct Line I could have the same benefits. Why not switch? Having made the switch I have been very impressed with the efficiency of the procedures regarding confirmation of cover, paperwork received etc.

Would have liked immediate policy documents
Good price & simple application but I would have preferred to be able to access my policy documents straightaway online as that is how I bought rather than waiting for the letter
