gold plated service !!
ordered antique gold bathroom taps and accessories, it was nice to locate them as most people don't make gold now . everything about the service was golden from start to finish and the products are great .

Awful, never again
I'm afraid I had a bad experience. I ordered bath taps instead of sink taps - my fault but trying to rectify it was awful. They originally asked for £30 for collection of the wrong taps, which was reduced to £15 when I asked to speak to the manager. I had to pay again for the sink taps and I am still waiting for my refund for the returned bath taps over 3 weeks ago. The annoying part is that the same driver picked the old taps up as deleivered the new ones.
Dreadful, never again.

Genuine company with great price and service
Purchased my macerator from heatandplumb.com. I was a bit apprehensive as the first company I had found online appeared to be fraudulent from the reviews I had read and the price of the macerator at heatandplumb.com was also the cheapest around by far.
I read the reviews which were very positive so went ahead with my purchase. I needn't have worried; fantastic service, delivery time and price!
I would recommend heatandplumb.com and would use again in the future.

Fast and Efficient
I ordered a Shower screen online over a bank holiday weekend.
I received a phone call on the Tuesday o tell me my order would e delivered on the Wednesday, which it duly was.
A very fast and efficient service which was much appreciated, The price was good as well.

The radiator was scheduled to be delivered within 6 working days, after 7 days I got an email saying it would be another 7 days and then the same the following week!!! Called up and got cut off. Had a plumber scheduled so very frustrating. Now trying to get a refund, wish me luck!!

SHOCKING!!! Three delivery dates missed and refund still waiting
Advertised delivery of shower tray within 5 days. After seven days I had to contact them and was told to wait in Friday NO SHOW. Then again contacted them on Monday and was again told to wait in NO SHOW. On Tuesday I was finally told the item would roughly take a further 4 weeks. I ASKED FOR A REFUND and was promised by the end of the day the refund will be paid as I could get the item elsewhere. NO REFUND.
WOULD YOU BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!! GOOD LUCK

Very unhappy about the delivery detail promised. It has not arrive as indicated !!!!!
My order was placed over the phone, with a possible 5 Day wait time.
The delivery day Monday or Tuesday (today) where, as promised, sent in emails and on the order tracking.
I phoned up on Tuesday at 4-30 ish to find out that the order was not to be delivered until Wednesday (hopefully). Why have what appears to be a good system of tracking when someone somewhere puts either the incorrect info on display or does not have the ability to make phone contact to let people know of the error and arrange the new delivery day, having spent two days at home because of the error and due to go out Wednesday, you can imagine my frustrated anger with this company.
NOT A HAPPY CHAPPY
Goods arrived Wednesday lunch after a call to ascertain I would be at home.
The 'RED MIST' is now clearing. A little happier now. Upgraded from 2 to 3 stars

Good delivery service
I was very suprised how quick the delivery was. My shower mat was just as shown.
There are two things that I will comment on, but these are things that I hope time will correct.. 1st the mat was rolled so tight that it does not lie flat on one side. 2nd it has a very strong odour to it. I hope that these things will correct them selves soon. I chose this particular mat in the hope that it won't be prone to mould as the rubber mats are.

Could use some improvements
I ordered three items that match for a bathroom refit, however only received 2 as the other was obsolete. When I contacted customer services the advisor while polite was difficult to understand and wasn't knowledgable about alternative products, merely redirected me to the online site. The alternatives on the site were three times the price if my original order, which was still on the site. This was confusing and when I asked of the product was in fact available as it was still on the site the advisor didn't know. I am waiting for a refund of the funds or the item not delivered. I feel that there should have been an alternative of comparable price offered as this has delayed works and could have been prevented.

Not impressed
I delibarately bought a spacesaver heater from Heat and Plumb because they were the only company on line to promise a 5 year guarantee .
If I'd known I had to go back to the manufacturer , as directed by the company today, I would have purchased directly from them - perhaps then I also would have got the correct colour that I ordered .

Super fast ,efficient service start to finish.
A joy to order from a nice clear easy navigational web site. Order processed quickly with emails and text messages at every step of the way. Delivery spot on as indicated. My toilet seat was as described and I was very happy with the whole transaction. I would happily order from this company over and over .

Good quality item, shame about packaging !
Only took a couple of days from ordering to delivery. When the enclosure arrived it was in minimal packaging with part of the cardboard missing. On first inspection it looked intact with all glass in one piece. Its only when I got to the job and fully unwrapped the item, i discovered the aluminium channeling, was crushed. Also one end of the channeling was bent, as i was at the job, i didnt have time to really raise an issue apart from passing a discount on to my customer at my expense! I straightened it out as best as possible, but still remained visible, and noticeable, especially once you were aware of the damage. I contacted supplier within the 3 days of delivery to notify of damage and i never had a response !!!

A excellent efficient and informative service.
I bought a towel rail from them. Their web site was easy to follow, the price was one of the lowest, if not the lowest. Delivery was prompt and cleverly advised by text, with options to re-arrange. The product looks to be excellent, I have yet to get it fully plumbed in and working but have confidence all will be fine.

very quick efficient service
I ordered the item and within minutes I received an e mail to let me know the progress. I was informed all along on progress and an estiamted delivery time. This was given within a one hour spell , which was very accurate and helped . This was so much better than being given a morning or afternoon slot. Many thanks

Didn't inspire confidence!
It wouldn't be fair for me to leave a negative review.
I ordered a small item from this company to give them a trial before ordering a bathroom suite. This order was completed to my complete satisfaction.
However, I then ordered, and paid for, a bathroom suite. In honesty, it wasn't a terrible experience. It transpired that the suite was not available . The gent I spoke to re this immediately asked if I wanted to cancel my order. I didn't --- I wanted to know how long I would have to wait. He told me he would contact the supplier and get back to me within the hour. He didn't so I rang again. The gent I then spoke to said they would get back to my close of business . He didn't so I cancelled the order the next day.
I would have been happy to wait but the fact that the customer services proved so unreliable made me very very wary of taking the order further.
Again, in fairness, my payment was refunded straight way so I am confident that they are a trustworthy company. However, it seems a little unprofessional to advertise goods that you are not in a position to provide and the poor communication would make me wary of ordering larger items from this company in the future.
