After reading good reviews, I ordered a basin monobloc tap, they sent a pair of taps!
I asked if they could sort the problem and call me back on my mobile as I was on a job and couldn't access my email. No call came, I got home to find an email stating that the tap I ordered was no longer available and asking for a date to collect the taps they had sent. No apology!
I asked them to collect on Saturday, but they replied, they don't do Saturdays! They eventually collected the taps, but I had to email them for my refund.
Heat and plumb need to educate their warehouse staff on the difference between a monobloc tap and a pair of taps! They also need a better customer service policy, like apologising and maybe compensating.
Most companies value customers, not these guys!
