Good selection at best price.
A good selection of the quality brands at the best value I could find online. The delivery was quite and the choice of courier was good - helpful.

A excellent efficient and informative service.
I bought a towel rail from them. Their web site was easy to follow, the price was one of the lowest, if not the lowest. Delivery was prompt and cleverly advised by text, with options to re-arrange. The product looks to be excellent, I have yet to get it fully plumbed in and working but have confidence all will be fine.

very quick efficient service
I ordered the item and within minutes I received an e mail to let me know the progress. I was informed all along on progress and an estiamted delivery time. This was given within a one hour spell , which was very accurate and helped . This was so much better than being given a morning or afternoon slot. Many thanks

Didn't inspire confidence!
It wouldn't be fair for me to leave a negative review.
I ordered a small item from this company to give them a trial before ordering a bathroom suite. This order was completed to my complete satisfaction.
However, I then ordered, and paid for, a bathroom suite. In honesty, it wasn't a terrible experience. It transpired that the suite was not available . The gent I spoke to re this immediately asked if I wanted to cancel my order. I didn't --- I wanted to know how long I would have to wait. He told me he would contact the supplier and get back to me within the hour. He didn't so I rang again. The gent I then spoke to said they would get back to my close of business . He didn't so I cancelled the order the next day.
I would have been happy to wait but the fact that the customer services proved so unreliable made me very very wary of taking the order further.
Again, in fairness, my payment was refunded straight way so I am confident that they are a trustworthy company. However, it seems a little unprofessional to advertise goods that you are not in a position to provide and the poor communication would make me wary of ordering larger items from this company in the future.

A company that cares - now that is a difference!
As always, I find the best company AFTER buying our new bathroom... but, to be fair, it wasn't all bad!
The 'other' company we brought the cupboards from tried unsuccessfully to send out a relatively low cost bathroom cupboard on 3 occasions and all turned up ether totally smashed or at least, significantly damaged but Pioneer Bathrooms came to our rescue and got it right first time. The packaging was soooo gooood, I even photographed it and sent it to the other company saying 'that's the way to do it'! Well done Pioneer, at some time in the future you can count on my return.

Can only comment on delivery and what it looks like
Delivery was very quick however taps were not exactly as picture which was a bit disappointing. Can't comment on how it works as it hasn't been put in yet.

Fitting the replacement shower valve - A true five minute job!
Delighted with service and product. The company delivered on time and sent follow-up emails to enquire if everything was satisfactory, which it was.
Ordered another thermostatic bar valve (for replacement purposes) based on my experience with the first one, such was the ease of ordering and receiving, and then the ease of fitting the product.
Once I found the product I wanted, I decided on Pioneer Bathrooms because of the great price, as well as the online reviews and was satisfied I was dealing with a good company. Well done, I will keep you in mind for my next bathroom purchases!

Good service, shame about the delivery, but very honourable
Having ordered a toliet on line I received an email to say the item was dis-continued... (shame it had not been taken off the site). I had a different delivery address to the billing one, so when you managed to find me a new tolilet and charge me the same price (the new one was a much higher price) I was pretty impressed. The unfortuante thing you forgot to do was transfer the delivery address to the new order, and you therefore tried to deliver to the billing address.... small hiccup but cost me several days, and was probably expensive to you. But now I have the goods, am extremely happy :>)

Very poor customer service- waiting for refund for obsolete goods
4 days after ordering I was not happy to find that the radiator I had ordered was obsolete, although payment had already been taken. I discovered this by using 'track my order' which stated that I had been emailed to let me know. This was not the case- I had received no emails apart from confirmation of order.
Today I phoned to inform Pioneer Bathrooms of this failure in communication, and to check that my payment has been refunded, to be told that they were waiting for an email from their supplier before refunding my money. Although the man i spoke to was apologetic, I find this unacceptable and very poor customer service.

excellent communications.
Fitting problems because the specifications were European, so wider pipes than expected requiring replacement (time) and more extensive drilling. Also, the plug was European, not UK; so adapter needed.
