Been ordering amazing gear from Heinnie for a number of years and they have never failed me in service, variety, customer service and overall are an amazing online retailer to deal with. I honestly cannot think of any company on the Internet that I have had the pleasure of dealing with that best Heinnie. A shining example of how you can operate your company online. My only minor criticism would be that the online catalogue/displaying of goods could benefit from a complete overhaul. It's OK but a little clunky and 'back and forthy'. With the majority of the world having access to broadband they could get away with a much beefier preview of items and their features saving the need of having to click into each individual item for the finer points. It makes for a somewhat laborious trawl to satisfy the browsing/details monster. A rigid set standardisation of the specifications of knives across the board, for example, to make them comprehensively and accurately searchable by features would be great. Also everyone loves more pics which wouldn't go amiss and it would be good to have each knife photographed with a real world item for scale such as a two piece or similar. I really am nitpicking here though... I LOVE HEINNIE.COM :D
