asos should use another delivery service. They lie all the time. They have just sent me a text to say they tried to deliver my parcel but i was out. I was standing by the front door at the time. This is the second time it has happened. N they are complete rubbish and you cannot get through to ASOS to complain.
Been tracking my parcel: "17.57 delivered to letterbox" Except it hasnt be delivered. I Was in all day, Plus the item wouldn't fit through a letterbox. Also we have CCTV cameras which view the door, and each way up the street as we are the only building on the whole street! Nobody even drove down the road let alone delivered a parcel!

Seit gut einem Monat telefoniere ich mit den Kundenbetreuern der Firma und muss mich verarschen lassen. Immer wieder ein neuer Bearbeiter und immer wieder die Antwort: "Ich verstehe auch nicht, warum sie Ihr Geld nicht zurück bekommen" So ein Verein hat kein Vertrauen verdient. Für mich heisst es: Nie wieder !!!!
When I inquired they first said it was signed for by myself, when I proved I was out of the country, they claimed it was signed for by a neighbor, unfortunately due to the number of deliveries every day, they couldn't recall which one, how convenient ? There are only two neighbors on my floor, and i trust they wouldn't have stole it, so who's left ??
Checked tracking it showed unable to deliver. This has happened lots of times with this company they have not been any wear near my property. When i asked driver about being unable to deliver the previous day he just used a lot of very agresive gestures & language .towards me. Avoid at all costs.
Stay in all day and courier does not turn up. This is not a one off occurance! In addition Hermes have declared on tracking that my parcel had been collected and was in transit. TOTAL RUBBISH. Over a week later and I am still trying to get Hermes to collect. Never any apology from Hermes and compensation refused. In my opinion a delinquent cowboy operation that should be closed down. IN ADDITION, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT REFUND!!

Had one drop-card left when someone was in the house, no contact details, dropcard number didn't register as valid with their website tracking and Contact Us option refers you back to retailer. Groupon then took a week to get back to me by which time the goods had been returned and I cannot now get them. Am complaining to Groupon also!
9:35 - I'm on my laptop tracking it 9:40 - start thinking how to write a review on this since this company has many negative reviews,I started freaking out 10:10 - finally writing few minutes ago my door bell rang and theres and old lady looking for me holding my parcel. if she wasn't with the phone-like think asking for my signature id probably think she was the one whom the parcel man left my parcel with. (with a small hole enough to see whats inside) well, I was grateful that i did really received my thing.

When it's on Saturday, the driver just lied and will not go out for delivery and make it until monday, However, mine has been so called out for delivery for 24hours until now, haven't seen any parcels!!!!!!
I ordered a Chromebook from Amazon and was notified that it would be delivered by Hermes Europe.
Over the next couple of days I watched the tracking occasionally move on to the next step of the process, until a Saturday where it changed to 'Out for delivery'. Shortly after it changed to 'Delivered to Shed'.
Now this was a bit of a surprise to me, as I had been in all afternoon and we hadn't heard anyone or received a card through the door.
I went out and checked the shed - unless the delivery person had a lockpicking set there was no way it was left in the shed - it's secured by two large padlocks.
I scoured the shed, it's surroundings and the garden. No sign of a package or laptop. Checked with the neighbours and no joy there either.
Eventually got a refund from Amazon, they state the parcel is 'lost' - as it's marked as delivered you can only reasonably assume that the person trusted to deliver the laptop has stolen it.
I will avoid buying other expensive items from Amazon - it's easier and safer to click-and-collect from PC World (which I eventually did in this case).
I know you hear a lot of bad experiences with couriers, but my experience with Hermes has been appalling - they won't talk to the customer directly and their staff appear to be thieves. Avoid!

How does it take them so long to sort parcels? No other courier is this slow. Even Royal Mail second class post is faster than this. I wonder why companies use this to send parcels? With such a bad service they should go out of business. Also they leave parcels outside the door and sign for them themselves. Extremely dodgy!
As it seems is so common with these guys, they're tracking system says "delivery attempt unsuccessful" which hey guess what is a lie as somebody was in all day and they never showed. Extraordinary that they can get away with lying. I didn't book them - some shoes I ordered are sadly with them. Who knows where.
Having read so many negative reviews I was rather apprehensive when I learnt that Hermes-Europe were the courier company assigned to delivering the goods I had ordered. I agree with some reviewers on this site that much depends upon where you live, who the individual courier is and what their commitment is. My parcel was handed to the courier this morning and an extremely polite gentleman rang my doorbell and delivered the parcel early this evening. I live in London and there has been a tube strike today so traffic jams were abundant. I personally cannot fault the service I received and am grateful to have had such a positive experience.
I don't live in the garage!!! I live in the house. I know exactly where I was at the time. I was in the kitchen which looks out onto the yard and the gates where the door bell is situated. Admittedly I had got the blind down but the security light came on. I assumed it was a bird late to bed or a bat. Just decided to check tracking for my order from Lakeland......delivered to garage. I don't know what it is with this Hermes delivery woman but she will not deliver to the house after 5pm. ....and again. I really will have to move into the garage if I want my parcels......
I ordered a handbag from Urban Outfitters, but after finding out that Hermes offer the delivery service I became a little worried. However they were extremely swift in their service, as I received my package within 2 days of ordering. Overall I'm very happy, but I do hope this isn't a one-off.
Checked tracking this morning as was waiting on a parcel from Studio. Hermes tracking said courier received parcel at 10.30am. Great i thought, will get parcel today, so cancelled my plans and waited in. And waited, and waited. Checked tracking again at 16.30 and it states: 16.07 Signature from Customer.
Well whoever signed for it, it certainly was NOT ME!!! Absolute cowboys, have had trouble with this outfit before.
Unfortunately, customer service at Studio were not much better. Girl on the phone actually told me that 'sometimes the couriers sign for the customer and you might still get it, it might still be in transit'. I DESPAIR!! Surely a signature is required from the actual CUSTOMER as proof of delivery. If the couriers can just sign it off then this must leave the whole system open to serious abuse.
If the parcel, by some miracle, still turns up here it will be refused. Studio are just about to be told that i will not buy from them if its Hermes thats delivering.
Having had previous invariably bad experience with this company to the point I would never order anything which was likely to be carried by these people again; my heart sank when a recent delivery said it was coming out with My Hermes as opposed to royal mail as stated on their website. I knew I was in for a nightmare week. Sure enough - first delivery date scheduled came and went with only a reference to the item being at Hermes hub. First thing yesterday delivery stated it was 'out for delivery' so I made arrangements to be near home in the smallest of possibility that this time the item would be delivered; no squeak of a doorbell yesterday but during the day the message mysteriously changed from being out for delivery to being with the courier - all totally arbitrary and random. No attempt at delivery all day yesterday; I was in and would have heard, checked tracker last night and was informed that delivery had been attempted and they'd re-try tomorrow! So second day in waiting today - its not 4.00 pm and not a squeak. Just wondering how much in fool's paradise I am living in and what is the chance that this delivery will ever make it - not hopeful. Grrrrr!
The last 3 items I have been unfortunate enough to have had attempted to be delivered by this bunch of shysters have been 'lost in transit'. They also coincidentally happened to be quite high value items that had their values stated on them due to customs laws. Similar items delivered with Royal Mail, for example, arrive just fine... Not good enough. Reported them to trading standards today. From my own experience and reading online about the amount of complaints about them and parcels getting 'lost in transit', it can surely only be surmised they either have a workforce of thieves operating in their midst and/or their entire sorting/delivery workforce are clinically blind and our parcels just fall off the conveyors and they kick them around all day wondering why there are so many things tripping them up on the floor. Any company operating parcel/item tracking of any description in a distribution centre environment knows where the buck stops on the bar/QR code scans route. Someone knows at what stage these items are mysteriously going missing. Where's the investigation into that please?
No customer service department to speak of. Their phone lines send you to their useless website. Their departments send you back and forth if you ever actually manage to get to speak to someone. Don't waste your time, effort or money and steer as far clear of these chumps as you possibly can.

If info@hermes-europe actually read this, you have some serious issues within your company that you really should be seeking to rectify. You're 'service' and company is quite clearly, beyond a joke.
A card from Hermes throughout the letterbox saying Sorry I missed you This is my first delivery. However on the card no tracking number, no name or phone number to contact. Same again next day and the next. Package now returned to sender. no idea what it was no contact number from Hermes to sort this out? Website does not allow contact. they say contact sender but who was it? No idea. Hermes service very unprofessional, unstructured and unhelpful. Ever thought of being a Hermes Self Employed Courier !!!! obviously no training required.
