arnaque du loueur Hertz
Je me suis fait arnaquer par Hertz Italia Napoli qui m'a facturé des frais pour un véhicule de catégorie supérieure, ainsi que de conducteur supplémentaire sans que je n'aie rien demandé.
Je pensais que le véhicule de catégorie supérieure était offert du fait de l'indisponibilité de celui réservé.
Un montant total de 201,93 € dont, pour couronner le tout, du gazole surfacturé fait partie a été débité en plus sur ma carte bancaire sans que je puisse dire quoi que ce soit puisque j'avais bêtement signé le contrat sans le lire à la prise du véhicule.
Très mauvaise expérience, même si BSP auto n'y est pour rien.

Not recommended! Cheated me on fuel.
Rented from Hertz in Bologna, and the experience was bad:
- Did not get the car I ordered
- Car was dirty and missed floor mats etc.
- When asked if I wanted the prepaid fuel option, I said no, but they still charged me for a full tank (even though I delivered it full)
- I forgot an item in the car, but it was impossible to recover it. When calling them, I got a rude answer, and told to send the info to a very strange, apparently, non-existing email. I then sent a fax, but of course, no reply at all.

no auto riservato
Avevamo prenotato una macchina tramite ebiludlejning.dk (Hertz padrone di casa) e ha ottenuto un buon prezzo per la categoria auto, ma quando siamo arrivati all'aeroporto di Bologna, tutte le auto prenotata .. Abbiamo dovuto attendere circa. 2 ore in aeroporto senza sapere se ci fosse un'altra macchina. Dopo circa. 2 1/2 ora di attesa ci hanno offerto una categoria inferiore (che avrebbe accettato, perché non potevamo sapere prima auto in leasing si prenderebbe la briga di presentarsi.
Abbiamo cercato più volte di contattare eNoleggioauto attraverso di essa il numero contratto di locazione indicato, ma ha dovuto aspettare più volte a'min 15 min tempo di attesa prima che la connessione è stata interrotta.
Il fallimento dei tentativi di entrare in contatto con un dipendente a :-( eNoleggioauto
L'auto che è stato finalmente estradato non era ancora pronto (cioè all'interno sporco e esterno) e tergivetro / antincendio non ha funzionato (e sì, ci sono irrigatori a)
Qui, dopo essere arrivato di nuovo in Danimarca che riceviamo un altro disegno di legge (importo viene automaticamente detratto dalla scheda di visto), anche se tutto è stato pagato prima della partenza?
Non possiamo in nessun non si ripetono mai e mi consiglia di utilizzare ebiludlejning.dk / puzzle HERTZ di viaggi o per quella materia! :-(

Rent-a-car.eu - through Hertz Milan : Nightmare of a rental
I rented a car for a one day trip in Milan in july and the agent was located at Hertz in Milan near the central train station. This was my first trip to Milan and I was simply driving to the outskirts of the city. Things started going wrong immediately whilst signing off on the rental agreement. I am a Hertz Gold member and have rented cars all over the USA and in Europe but my experience here was the worst I had in my entire life!
Upon receiving the key from the Hertz attendant, I asked for a map of the city and the linked expressways. The attendant replied that they do not have any map! Imagine a car rental company with no map of the city of any linked expressways to the city. I then asked for a gps which they said they dont have one since i did not reserve one. So I asked for directions to a city called Romagnano Sesia which was 80km from Milan. The attendant asked me to go east toward Venice. I drove for two hours subsequently and knew i was on the wrong direction. i finally ran into an italian gentlemen who was from Romagnano and he told me i was about 200 over km from the city and i should have headed west from Milan, not East. To make a long story short, i finally arrived in my destination after 4 hours (was supposed to be a 45 mins drive from Milan).
The moral of the story: 1. Get your own GPS! 2. if Hertz tells you they dont have a map of the city, start praying! 3. Don't listen to directions from a Hertz attendant in Milan!
4. Get your very own map and GPS cos if you dont book for a GPS system, they will not have one at the rental company in Europe.

Hertz - Bari Palese Aeroporto
All'arrivo in Aeroporto il personale al Desk è stato molto cortese e disponibile.
Arrivati al Box nel parcheggio, abbiamo dovuto aspettare quasi 15 minuti al sole rovente. Quando l'Addetto è arrivato ci ha indicato l'auto (un pò approssimativamente...abbiamo dovuto cercarla) e abbiamo riscontrato subito un piccolo problema: non funzionava l'attacco dell'accendino per collegare il navigatore. Subito abbiamo segnalato la cosa. L'Addetto, visibilmente scocciato, in "soli" 20 minuti ci ha consegnato un'altra auto. Per il resto tutto bene.
