3D glasses

the package should have come with a 3d glasses which would have made it very easy and less stress for customer like me. I now have to purchase 3D glasses at an additional cost which i didn't budget for!

Good Communication

Great value for money on 5.1 wireless Surround system and its looks and sounds great, just have an issue with the remote not working the system but this is hopefully being sorted very soon.

Excellent quality and an excellent price

I bought this as a combined boiler/mash bin for all grain homebrew. there was nothing else available of this quality for a comparable price. It certainly meets my requirement.

EXTREMELY good value cider pasteuriser!

My son is an artisanal cider maker (look him up under Circle Cider). He has a pasteuriser bought from one of the major suppliers that cost £160-. In order to increase his capacity and provide a backup facility, I bought him a tea urn from Hifi-Tower for £65-. It is exactly the same build and quality as the higher-priced unit, except that it doesn't have an automatic timer. A kitchen timer from Tesco's will suffice! Delivery of the tea urn was very quick and immediately put into service for bottling cider to take to the Bath and West Show. I can heartily recommend this supplier.

Speakers are nice size and easy to handle, the amp is good and gives good power.

The item arrived safely delivery was fast no problems item there was a bit of a problem trying to line the screws up but once the screws was were no problems also when one wants to fold the item up and place in cupboard or under bed one has to remove the screws which is a bit of a pain but over all happy with item

I'd been looking for a reflection screen for a while for my small studio and found this on ebay.
It was the cheapest I could find but the quality is excellent and once purchased was dispatched straight away and arrived a day earlier than stated aswell.

I have bought several items from Hi-Fi and have never been disappointed yet. On the one occasion I needed to return something (my fault, not theirs) the whole process was handled flawlessly and very professionally. This recent purchase was to replace my original return and I am over the moon. With some discount in their shop I was able to purchase a brand new set of Auna 2000 Watt speakers which arrived yesterday, have been tested and are a perfect integration into our disco company. I ordered a hi fi for my husband for Christmas unfortunately the first one was not working. I was dreading the hassle of sending it back but the after sales support was fantastic and arranged pick up and re delivery for me straight away. I wasn't passed from pillar to post and there was no quibble.
The replacement works fine and is great value for money. I would definitely recommend this firm and would use them again if needed

Moving nightclub

This company are ace. Answerd every question I had when I rang about delivery, the product came very very well packaged was like pass the parcel with the amount of protective wrapping. The pictures you see DO NOT DO JUSTICE TO HOW GOOD THESE LOOK, the look just blows you away the sound is unbelievable the subs them selves so wellput together look the part the amp is beautiful, just pure raw power, the wiring kits and 6by 9's just excellent I will recommend this company to anybody wanting a premium product for less then premium price. Absolutely great will be buying from hifi tower again and again. Gotta be home for car audio. Makes other retailers look amature.

Went onto site and looked for an item i was interested in purchasing, seen a great choice and they were labelled according to experience, i opted for an item suitable for a beginner but with enhanced options.
Item was described clearly, had basic instructions and what results i would get from the product, they also had the English PDF Manuel available for download.
Item was competitively priced and upon purchase i received my item via secured courier across Europe at no extra cost to me within 4 days

Absolutely delighted

A kettle is just a kettle, or is it? This one does everything my previous (new) one didn't!
It pours without the slightest drip. It holds plenty of water (1.7 litres); the lid has a button opener that doesn't burn your fingers; the handle is exactly right for balance when lifting a full load of water and the blue/violet light that emanates from the glass bowl while the kettle is in action is a work of art in itself.
Get on the net and buy one!
