Excellent
Purchased two 1000 Watt Bass Bins. Unfortunately one arrived damaged. The assistance I received from the staff at Hifi Tower was fantastic. They helped and guided me and arranged everything, collection, delivery of replacement. Special thanks to Rael, Susie and Derek. Customer service at it's best. Really impressed. Thanks to the others in the background.

Superb service!!!
at first i was somewhat dubious ordering speakers,amp etc online for such a cheap price.....however i was not disappointed. My order arrived within 3 days with no problems whatsoever.There was a slight technical fault with one of the speakers i ordered but the customer service team were genuinely fantastic,they sent a replacement the day after i reported the problem and were always courteous and very fast with their responses. All in all hifi-tower are a great company who seem to actually care about not only their reputation but also their customers also.Would recommend to anyone and have since placed a second order due to such fantastic prices and hassle free internet shopping experience.Massive thumbs up from a happy customer in Nottingham!

Excellent Service & Product Quality
I run charitable outside events, ranging from Sponsored Walks, Concerts & Outside Bars, Fetes & Fayres.
I needed a Loud Hailer / Megaphone for a Cancer Research Event and found this supplier via Ebay.
For the money, I am not disappointed with what I got, I am Well Happy !
Solid and Study, Easy To Use and most of all, the important bit, IT'S LOUD !!, in fact......BLDY LOUD.!!!!... Just What I Needed for my needs.

very happy
I had been looking for a 6 watch winder for my automatic watches and everywhere else selling something like what i brought costs £500 upwards and couldn`t really justify, found one on Hifi-Tower for a fraction of every other outlet so took a punt and brought it,
gotta say when it turned up like just a day or so after i ordered it, that was good.
its in my bed room now and looks great its got a nice finish of piano black and is super quiet, got some nice touches to with the chrome bright work to the hinges and key and lock.
for anybody wanting to keep their watches wound, this is perfect and good price. so thankyou Hifi-Tower.

Great E-Bayer
Had an expensive French kettle which we bought after having too many fall to bits after a year or two.
Unfortunately the French kettle lasted no longer than the cheapest, the handle came loose, it leaked to scold, it spat when poured and the lid was very difficult to remove.
The German kettle from these has proved to be the complete opposite to all the above, additionally, it's quiet, boils quickly and looks very robust.
The only fault that I can see is that there is no way to shorten the lead as in other makes, but it really is nit-picking.

great stuff
Ive been looking for an affordable but good quality pa for ages, then i came across hi-fi tower. The service was excellent throughout, answering all my questions quickly and with good advice. The pa arrived promptly and securely and my dj friends have told me ive picked up a true bargain.

Great Company
I wanted a decent new surround sound amplifier but at a low price. All my searches led to Hi-Fi Tower and I got just that.
I doubt that you could get a new amp at their prices anywhere else. Also they are willing to solve any problems promptly with no fuss.
I recommend them.

Wake Up It's A Beautiful Morning
I recently purchased a CD / MP3 / USB / digital radio alarm clock from hifi-tower.co.uk/ I can't fault this company in the slightest.
I made the purchase through their eBay shop. The description of the item was absolutely perfect, the images of the item were clear and easy to see and the price was very reasonable. Imagine my surprise when, only 2 days after the purchase I received a huge box in the mail. The box contained lots of air bags around the box of the item which was very well packed.
I couldn't be happier with my item or with hifi-tower.co.uk. I promise I'll buy from them again in the future.

Simply Excellent
I recently purchased a coffee maker from HIFI-tower, fast delivery, great communication and the product is well made, works very well. Comes from Germany as is a german make so built to last, has EU plug and an addaptor was supplied which made things much easier.
i will be purchasing again from this seller as im after the matching kettle, and also seen a microwave that id like too, will be next month tho.

I recently bought a sound system from hifi-tower and delivery was as fast as can be expected. However upon using it i noticed a slight defect so i contacted the hi-fi tower service team by email to see what could be done about it. From the beginning communication was always great and the service team was always a pleasure to deal with, they offered helpful troubleshooting tips and responded quickly to e-mails, It turned out that a component needed to be replaced in my sound system and they offered a variety of ways to remedy the situation and in the end we arrived at a very reasonable solution, and my problem was fixed in a manner that suited everyone. Great sound system, great price, Great post-sale customer service, I will be doing business with hi-fi tower in the future and have no problem recommending them to anyone.

Went wrong but fixed as soon as they were contacted
Very happy with there customer service, they sent me the wrong item but as soon as they were contacted they were straight on it, the correct order was sent out and received with no damage. I have now just ordered a subwoffer from them due to the excellent shipping, prices and customer service. I would highly recommend Hifi- Tower to anyone.

Customer service
I wrote a review a few weeks back saying how unhappy i was with the customer service and the product. Since then I have spoke to one person who I'm not sure if I'm allowed to mention there name but they were just fantastic. she is the sole reason I have up my star rating from 1 to 4. the product was still damaged but the way she handled with the problem and me was superb.
I don't think I will ever order with this company again but I would employ this person to manage any customer service, she is that good.

Having examined this order, we can see that we did drop the ball in this case and we regret to have let this customer down. Unfortunately sometimes things to do wrong but at Hifi-Tower we will always endeavour to put things right and never at any point would want a customer to feel at fault, especially in this case since the product arrived damaged. We have since contacted the customer and addressed the issues with his order and he is happy to re-order the speakers with us.

Great customer service and excellent product
Before purchasing my Koolsound rack-mountable mp3 player, I had a number of queries about the product. My questions were all answered promptly and clearly. Absolute Bargain & Super Postage Costs
I bought these LP Storage Boxes as they looked like substantial items and I was not disappointed, would have expected these to be more expensive, they are top quality so much so I bought 4 of them and then was astounded when I realised I only had to pay the postage for one box and the rest were free so save a massive £28 in postage, what more can I say, in these current hard times that's brilliant. This company rocks and I look forward to future purchase when the need arrives. 10/10

Portable CD player
I purchased this item in december 2011 and was very pleased with it, then a couple of days ago it developed a fault - I contacted Rael at Hifi tower and in next to no time she had a new replacement one on its way to me- no arguments or hassle at all, brilliant service, Its a shame a lot of other companies dont behave like this - they,d probably get a lot more business. Would highly recommend HiFi tower to anyone.
