Brilliant transaction in every respect

The header says it all, absolutely faultless transaction and a perfect product. Plenty of communication so I was aware, at every step, exactly what was happening.

Brilliant product!

I have recently purchased a chinup bar from Hifi-Tower and must say that the quality of their chin up bar is excellent, compared to others I have seen. its a very strong chinup bar and manages my weight very well without bending while pulled on like other cheaply built bars. The bar was very easy to fit and I would reccomend anyone looking to buy a chin up bar to visit Hifi-Tower, will shop again here. Thanks Hifi-Tower team!

My new KAM bodyback transmitter from Hifi-Tower.

I bought a new Kam bodypack transmitter, to use with my wireless system. I wanted to use it with a stage mic. It works well with the 2 mics that come with the pack, but once I connected my own harp mic in, there was a weak signal -low volume. No worries I had done my research and these Kam transmitters have internal dip switches to increase the gain (for guitar use). I couldn't find the switches, even though they make much of it on their website. So it's a decent product with the lapel or neck mic supplied, but I cannot use it for the purpose I bought it for. The tec help at Hifi Tower was very helpful telling me how to switch it over, but he didn't realise that they had changed the design until he researched it. He did call back with the info so full marks to that guy.

First rate service and an excellent product

I ordered an automatic watch winder for my husbands Christmas present - having left it very late in the day - 5 days before Xmas - and being rather unsure about what I was ordering as the product on offer from Hifi-Tower was much cheaper that others which I had seen. I paid extra for the expedited shipping which worked brilliantly, and was not vastly expensive, - I think the parcel took 48hours to arrive and my husband was delighted with the box when presented wit it on "The Day" Very attractive casing and works very well. Brilliant value

excellent service without doubt

I bought an item from HIfi-Tower off ebay but unfortunately there was a fault with it they replaced it immediately with another without hesitation and asked me to dispose of the original however i wanted.
eg:-keep,recycle or repair
.I decided to donate to a local charity shop for them to sell but mark the item as working but faulty

Very Stylish

A lovely looking piece of kit... , has lots of features but is easy to operate. Has the option to wake up to music from ipod/iphone, buzzer or FM radio (presets option). I love the sleep mode where you can listen to music before you sleep with a set determined time. Very nice!

Sounds like perfection to me!

I'm most impressed with the broad tonal range of these speakers. It is so appropriate that the cone is Gold in colour. What a lovely crisp response across the entire audio spectrum. I have bought other items for my Golden Oldies disco from Hi-Fi Tower because I have always believed since I started as a DJ in 1967, that there is no reason why discos should cause damage to your eardrums, or sound badly clipped. I have always insisted on Hi-Fi quality, even when running 200 watts RMS with 400 revellers. So if you want to experience the Gold Standard in speakers, I'd urge you to opt for Auna from Hi-Fi Tower.

NO TIME WASTED

I ORDERED MY FOOD PROCESSOR LATE FRIDAY EVENING, THINKING AS IT WAS FREE DELIVERY IT WOULD NOT BE WITH ME UNTIL AT LEAST THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY. I WAS VERY SURPRISED AND DELIGHTED, THEREFORE, WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED ON TUESDAY BY COURIER.
MACHINE WAS PARCELLED VERY SECURELY AND WAS IMMACULATE WHEN TAKEN OUT OF BOX AND WORKED FIRST TIME OF ASKING.

Hifive - Tower

I purchased an astonishing value, sound-bar which is very well made and fills the house with 450 watts of balanced sound . Together with a smart and communicative Tech and office team....I'll buy and recommend Hifi - Tower again. Good Luck and thanks Alan

Compact and good sound

The hifi is very handy in small roomas yiu can keep the speakers to the hifi or detach ythem and spread them out for a better sound. As my daughter only has a small room it is an ideal audio device for her and she likes the colour purple.
The only dowside to it was that her iphone would not work through the hifi.

GOOD BOOM BOX

GUESS WHAT, FOR CHRISTMAS I HAD A SITE RADIO. IT IS GREAT, ESPECIALLY AS I WORK ON MY OWN MOST OF THE TIME, ITS A GOOD SOUND AND LIGHT TO CARRY AROUND, THANKS HIFI - TOWER.

Way to Go

I ordered the Klar Stein Food mixer in bright Red ( looks stunning) I have never owned one previously and have not as yet tried out this one, but as far as I can see it has the quality looks and design comparable to the more expensive one's seen elsewhere. so lets hope it's happy cooking for the future. With regards to
Dealing with Hi-fi Tower the ordering and delivery service was exceptional, I ordered on the 22nd December and my order was delivered by courier from Germany on the 31st December, with good packaging, when you consider this was over the Christmas busy period , quite remarkable, also having been sent emails with Tracking information all included in a price of £89.90. Can't be bad me thinks.

Outstanding after sales customer service

Completely satisfactory e-purchase from a first rate e-retailer.

The product I wanted at a price I could not afford to miss. The seller despatched the item immediately and informed me at every possible opportunity. The product was perfectly packed and the paperwork was the first thing I saw when I opened the box. The stereo purchased is for my 8 year old daughter as part of her Xmas present list. The product itself is ideal for a childs bedroom, it is easy to use with adequate wattage and front usb for mp3 connection. The speakers are perhaps not as good as I would expect from Akai, but they are perfectly adequate for a kids bedroom so as not to get complaints from the neighbours. All in all an excellent purchase from an excellent seller.

The screen is a little smaller than my previous but this model has a USB outlet and a minute digital arial which is great.

A Brilliant Buy with Ultra QuickDelivery

I ordered a mixer from this company and unfortunately due to an overseas problem it couldn;t be delivered.. I was kept up to date constantly with the progress of my order and was refunded in full.. I thought I was buying a fairly standard watch winder for a good price but when the winder arrived I was totally amazed to see a high quality piece of workmanship wrapped and parcelled as if it was the crown jewels. received the item in good time and within time stated ... took me a while to work it out as instructions are all in German so company needs to arrange a way to get an English version of instructions in to box other than that very pleased with my new surround sound kit ...tv now sounds great ....thanks guys

Bought an Auna DVD Hi-Fi player, superb value, speedy delivery and excellent customer care. The player works perfectly for my needs, the UK power adaptor was missing from the order but when I wrote an email an adaptor was promptly forwarded though Amazon. This company goes the extra mile. The Auna unit I have bought from Hifi-Tower is fantastic it does everything you want or need.The Surrond sound system is great.I play iTunes from my computer the reproduction is out of this world.My order arrived within a couple of days,the protective packing of the unit is the best I have seen.Value for money that it is,I have spent money on secondhand Tuner amps with minor faults but at the end of the day have been a waste of time and money,I should of gone for this unit at the start and not thrown money away.
