First Class Product,back up service second to none.
The Auna unit I have bought from Hifi-Tower is fantastic it does everything you want or need.The Surrond sound system is great.I play iTunes from my computer the reproduction is out of this world.My order arrived within a couple of days,the protective packing of the unit is the best I have seen.Value for money that it is,I have spent money on secondhand Tuner amps with minor faults but at the end of the day have been a waste of time and money,I should of gone for this unit at the start and not thrown money away.

Brilliant product from a fast reliable company
I researched which combination microwave was the best, then searched the web and Hifi-Tower were by far the best deal. I could not fault them from placing the order to receipt of my microwave. The delivery was fast and efficient, I would definately use them again and I would not hesitate to tell all my friends. I now look forwrad to using my microwave to the full. many thanks Hifi-Tower.

Excellent , full featured product.
I bought a 5.1 speaker system. following my purchase I had several e-mails keeping me informed of the progress of the purchase order and dispatch. After a couple of days it was delivered. The functions of the unit are admireable. I was a little scepticle of the 10 watt speakers , but their performance is supurb with no distortion at full volume... The speaker cases and unit have a high gloss finish and look very swish ( i know it's a dated expression!). The only criticism I have is that the speaker wires would look better with 'clear coating' instead of the standard black. Easy to use remote control and very straight forward to assemble/wire up. The remote also controls my mp3 player whilst plugged into the usb port of the unit. In summary a very nice unit at a very good price.

Roomba - like cleaner for less than half price
I have had 2 genuine Roomba robot vacuum cleaners and been pleased with both, but they are expensive and only last a couple of years depending on use . I saw the Klarstein cleaner at about half the price of a Roomba offered by Hifi-Tower and the reviews looked good so I went for it. The service from Hifi-Tower was excellent with great emails and tracking information and quick delivery form Germany. The cleaner is an almost exact copy of the 1st generation Roomba, even the batteries are interchangeable!. Its programming is not as sophisticated it basically does a circle then bumps around the edge of the room before doing more circles but it works. The remote control is great and if anything better than the Roomba, the only downside is the self charging and docking bay. Basically forget it. It will usually not find its way back to the charger unless you place it within a foot or so. Even then it often will not charge fully. I could not get the timed cleaning function to work at all and in the end I have removed the docking unit and just plug the charger directly into the cleaner like the 1st gen Roomba. That said it cleans well and as long as you aren't fussed about having to plug it in to charge and manually set it cleaning, then it is a bargain.

Great customer service
I recently purchased a second surround system from Hifi Tower and this one developed a fault. However, I cannot fault this company's response in sorting out the problem. When I contacted them they immediately emailed a return label (pre-paid) and instructions and when the item was received by them they immediately despatched a replacement. Customer service was quick and courteous and really couldn't have been better.

You can tell a good customer service when things go wrong
Ordered this cheap little subwoofer and it arrived broken, one call and they replaced or refunded, when the new one came I couldn't get it to work so called them to get a guy that went through the options on my amplified (not supplied by them) explaining everything and it works really well, not only is this thing cheap it also works, this company could teach the big boys "customer services".

absolutely brilliant company!
i have used this company many times. easy to place orders, no nonsense and secure payments. delivery is always quick and on time.
main reason i am leaving this review though is because of their customer service! by far the best customer service i have ever received. i had an issue with an amplifier that i bought and not only did they offer to replace/repair it, they also offered to refund me partially if i chose to repair it locally (which i did). they are polite, quick to respond and provide information fully. it was a pleasure to deal with nice after-sale customer service.
p.s the prices are very competitive.

HIFI TOWERS very HIGH
I purchased an AV1-4800 5.1 AM/FM Digital Tuner, also the Hyundai Multicav S - both came under one item as a "platignum Edition". From the time of purchase to delivery to my door - 3 days. I consider this excellent service.
I have installed the system and the quality of sound from this unit is equal to, if not better than much more expensive systems that I have previously purchased. I use this system on my computer.
For those who are considering buying a 5.1 cineramic system I

I always go to hifi-tower for my mobile dj products, but also their customer service is second to none.
They recently price-matched a product for me - AFTER I had bought it from them, and not many companies would do that these days, I highly reccommend using them.

You have extremely helpful customer service.
I have been extremely happy with HiFi- tower's products. All 45 of my speakers have been working extremely well for the last 5 months. Until one started playing up. I emailed they're customer service. I received a fast reply. My issue was resolved extremely fast with no hassle what so ever.

RECOMMENDED COMPANY
This company does everything quickly - orders are acknowledged, questions answered, product sent and confirmation e-mails throughout. This is a really good and unusual buying experience.
I had a minor problem with my purchase (not the fault of the company) and this was sorted out very happily by HiFi-Tower.

A PA system that out performs those costing 5 times more!
Couldn't afford £3000+ for a powerful PA system for up to 500 people, then I found the DJ42 set up. It is not made of solid rosewood and doesn't have Alinco Blues, but guess what, who cares! It does the job. The after market service is great, with advice on what to do for a beginner like me. I shall build up my equipment via this Company. Big thank you. Chris

Superb Service
WOW!!!! What a company to deal with, As a DJ form the 70's - 80's till early 90's when i decided to call it a day, in those days speaker cabs were huge, needed two guys to carry one 250 watt cab, any in January 2012 i decided to re-enter the DJ scene, after getting the light show together i started looking PA systems , i found HIFI Tower on ebay, i could not believe what i saw, dual 10" spearker cabs rated 800 watt a side at £174.99p , i thought wow gotgive these a try, so i purchased these in Feb 2012,as promised 3 days delivery they arrived as they said they would, any way whilst doing our first gig in 20 yrs , i had trouble with the speakers, after about 1.5hrs playing time the left one started to distort, then the right one just totally died, oh dear! what a start,,,,, anyway upon return home i contacted the support team at HIFI Tower namely Peter, who i must be honest could not appologize enough, he said that he would email return labels, which did not arrive, so i contacted them again this time spoke to Rory who then sent the labels for me to return them to Germany, Rory then talked about the speakers saying that they really dont get that much problem with them anyway we decided that we should upgrade them from 10" to 12" speaker cabs as these are more manly ,the moral of this little essay is you will not find any other company with such a positive attitude towards thier customers than HIFI Tower..... I would and do reccomend to every person who is looking for great products , back by the best customer service i have had the pleasure to deal with......TOP CLASS 5 STAR IS'NT ENOUGH should be more ************************************************************************************************************************************************Once again thanks to all the guys and girls for all your help

HiFi Tower have been a great friend to me for the past 5 years.
I purchased a full DJ system through them. The prices for speakers & amplifiers might put you off as they are great value but the power from the systems is fantastic. Hi Fi Tower have made my career as a road DJ simpler and profitable.

Great Product, Great Service
Bought a fan from Hi-Fi and am really pleased with it. It was easy to assemble and really whacks out the air without being noisy at all - in fact, we've only had to have it on the first setting so far! Would definitely buy from this company again.
