I've purchased a DAC and some cables from them and the online shopping experience was user friendly and secure. The package was sent promptly with excellent communication. Delivery time was within the estimated frame and since the packaging was excellent, my orders arrived in perfect manner after the 10,000km travel from UK to Malaysia. VDH Ultimate
If you are looking for an HDMI cable that actually sounds good this is the one for you. The top end is sweeter more open and just has much more air. Front to back sound staging is improved; vocals are smoother and richer and the bass is deeper and tighter. This was precisely what i was looking for in an HDMI cable while a lot of people told me HDMI cables could not affect sound in this sort of manner.

Ordered 2 HDMI cables at a very competitive price on Sunday at 10pm, both cables arrived via first class on Tuesday.
One of the cables was out of stock, the 2m QED Performance HDMI cable, so without being asked I was upgraded to a 2m QED Reference cable!!

Item showed as in stock on website but actually out of stock
I ordered 5 items, 3 of which were the same and showed as in stock on the website. I was advised the following day by e-mail that this item (x3) was out of stock. The delay was an extra 4 working days and what I did not appreciate is that the 2 items that were in stock were held back so that all order items could be despatched together - maybe this is more convenient for the seller but it is not good customer service.

Sorry that we did not have a quantity of 3 of the product you wanted in stock.
We are always happy to part ship an order when not all the items are in stock. So learning from your feedback, in future when we email a customer to say part of an order is not in stock we will remind the customer that we can part ship if this is their preference.
