I had bought from this company before with no problems. On this occasion my order was still showing as "processing" two days after I had placed it so I rang to find out what was going on with it. The phone was answered with a "yip!", rather than the name of the company, which was disconcerting. "Er hello...is that Hifi Gear?"....another "yip!" was all I got. I pressed on....explained the issue....."erm...can you tell me what it was for? Erm....I'll call you back in 20 minutes". 4 hours later I had still received no call back, so rang again. This time the phone was answered by someone different, who couldn't have been more helpful, and within 48 hours I had the product, which was fine. So - ultimately a happy ending, but website not very helpful showing order as "processing" for 2 days, and a telephone manner issue to be resolved!

Thanks for your feedback Philip. We do try to support customers during out of hours when the shop is closed, by diverting the business telephone number to my mobile - it is impossible for me to know who is calling me during these times, hence the lack of a 'business style' response.
