Fantastic service
Ordered a display model of the Zeppelin Air on Sunday afternoon and it arrived on Tuesday which is great service as I live in Northern Scotland. The Zeppelin was perfect and as good as new. I will definitely be using Hifi Gear again.

Very good, recommended without hesitation.
Great service, goods shipped to meet my preferred delivery day. Good correspondence to advise delivery tracking info. When I had a query regarding a missing item from my order (the remote control hadn't been included when the item was shipped from the manufacturer), they arranged a replacement without hesitation. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will be using again in future.

Felt like a valued customer
They described the product clearly and accurately. Delivery was as they said - next day. Had a problem with the wi-fi set up - it did not work but with live chat on the phone this was resolved with a software upgrade from the manufacturers site. Very happy with the helpful service by the staff. I would certainly return in the future if the need arises

Good kit, good price, good service
Order went smoothly, ex-demo Rotel RCX-1500 as described (or better - I would not have known it had been used), good saving, next day free delivery and free optical connector.

Buy with confidence from good honest traders.
Ordered an B&W Panorama (ex-demo)and got a good price,it arrived the next day, its condition was superb as described and it came with 2 yrs warranty and all original packaging,i also got a upgraded optical cable thrown in.
I set it up and it looks and sounds great,i would not hesitate to buy off these guys again, their honest friendly and efficient service is a breath of fresh air.

I bought a Pioneer VSX-S500 AV Receiver from hifigear.co.uk after searching for the best price online.
They were the cheapest and had stock. The product was despatched swiftly via courier. I had a couple of queries on how to set the unit up correctly, which they were very knowledgeable and helpful with answering.
I cannot recommend them enough.

A competitive price with quick, free delivery
The NAD i-pod dock and D to A converter is a cracking piece of kit. The sound out of my i-pod is now as good as playing CDs! It is small, discrete in black [ I have the black neoprene cover on the i-pod ] and excellent value for money! Highly recommended

NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE MADE VERY POSITIVE BY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I am not technical by nature as I always had a Tech. Department reporting to me prior to retirement. I recently tried to purchase the wrong equipment for my Bose rig, through Hi-Fi Gear and even made the payment. They analysed my real requirements and telephoned me to ensure that I was on the right track. As they could not supply what I needed, they immediately returned my payment and made recommendations regarding sourcing.
I cannot fault their honesty, customer service and efficiency. Had I not already invested in my existing equipment, I would have undoubtedly have replaced it through Hi-Fi Gear. Honesty and integrity are rare in business these days, so they are to be congratulated and trusted.

Best price anywhere for the Rotel amp I was after. Initial problems at Checkout, but store phoned me when they noticed and let me know things were fixed. Item delivered promptly, and exactly as spec'd.

Great service and excellent product
Just purchased a Zeppelin Air wifi speaker for £400,£100 less than the price elsewhere. The item is ex demo but in absolutely perfect condition. The speaker arrived within a day and the delivery information provided was excellent, giving us an hour period within which delivery would take place. I was a bit wary spending so much on an ex demo item but there was no reason to be. Everything was as stated. The speaker itself is excellent, really good looking and great sound.

A surprising barguin, with very quick service from your side especially in the middle of xmas.
Amazing price, very quick processing at your site and pick up.
Only let down was with Interlink, no need to explain as easily re-arranged and have to give exceptions during xmas.
Package was plastic sealed so the box stayed good and dry during heavy downpour when delivered, transported directly in it's manufacturer box, which has picked up a few little bumps but item was protected solidly in this.
Thankyou and will be happy to use this company in the future.

I spoke to the shop over the phone and was given an impression of a good old fashioned specialist shop that cares.
The B&W Zeppelin I have purchased arrived safely and promptly. My wife took receipt and checked the item over. As it is a Xmas gift for myself , I have not yet seen it.
She commented on how well packed it was.
I spoke to a sales assistant over the phone before I made the purchase, and was delighted with the level of knowledge and helpfulness I was given.
This has given me a mental picture that I am dealing with a good old fashioned small specialist highstreet shop, that bend over backwards to give good customer service.
I highly recommend HifiGear.

Next day delivery as promised. First rate service
Thank you guys. First rate service, using Paypal the monitors were delivered next business day as promised. They sound superb, deep bass, superb mids and highs. The case is perfect. I would have liked ipod controls but assume they will be introduced at a later date. As an owner of HD800's, it's hard to compare these IEM's as they give the user a different listening experience, but, sonically they are comparable which says a lot!

Great product, excellent communications and customer service
Excellent communications throughout the order and delivery process. Delivery was delayed slightly due to bad weather but I was fully informed throughout. Product was received well packaged and in perfect condition as described. There was one slight issue during setting up AirPlay when my devices could not find the Zepplin. After some quick Internet research determined that the unit (ex demonstration model) was already registered to another network. A quick reset of the unit and now everything working perfectly. This is a great piece of kit, despite being ex demo it is immaculate.
Will certainly consider HiFi Gear for any future purchases

Good Advice....Now I Have a Nice Zeppelin Air!!
I was considering a new speaker and had been researching the Zeppelin Air amongst others. I noticed HiFi Gear had some ex demo models and called....basically they were helpful and convinced me that this was worth the investment.
Basically the unit was in mint condition and very happy with my purchase!

Superb service and great products!
I bought the QED 10 mm heat-shrink to finish off a set of high-quality speaker cables that I was putting together (mostly from QED components, hence the choice). The service was excellent; when they realised that they did have any in stock they telephoned me straight away. This was very refreshing, most companies just email! They explained that I could choose other heat-shrink kits. I declined and explained why I had chosen that item. They were very gracious and said that they would send out the kit as soon as it became available, which they did. A great company: great service, seriously competitive prices and speedy delivery. What more could you ask for?

Brilliant service
Was looking for a Zeppelin, and found an ex-demo model for £100 less than list price. Free delivery two days after the order placed, kept fully up to date with delivery times. Zeppelin looked in pristine condition, except for a flat battery in the remote, and a spare battery was enclosed to replace this. Exemplary service, would definitely buy from them again.
