I have used Hifiheadphones several times and every time I have received excellent service. The products I purchased have been top quality for the moneis paid. The only reason I have to purchase new phones is because I lose them regularly !!

exellent sales and order tracking, product said it had a wireless range of 100m but my SENNHEISER RS 110 lost signal at about 20m, but it is not really a problem.

I ordered a Grado headphone case for my husband's new 80i headphones. Even though these headphones were made in the US I was unable to get a case here. While doing an online search I came across Hifiheadphones positive reviews. I could not have been more pleased with the ordering process, the order updates, and the fast shipping (I had my order within a week). The lollipop was a nice touch!

I spoke to customer services who were very helpful in suggesting the right amplifier for my needs. It was then dispatched and I received it the following day as I required it before I left for holiday. Very positive experience and wouldn't hesitate to use again and or recommend.

I've now bought from Hifi Headphones three times and I can safely say its the only place I would buy headphones. The reviews give you enough info to make a decision without baffling you with techno speak. The communication is excellent, you always know what's happening with your order, and the speed of service is brilliant. All round I would say this is one of my favourite companies to deal with online.

This company amazes me. They put customer satisfaction at the heart of what they do. I just received a replacement pair of IEM's after contacting John in customer service to ask his advice about discomfort I was experiencing with a pair of 'phones that I had bought seven weeks previously. Having established that tips would not solve the problem John was happy to exchange my original purchase for an alternative of my choice. (after seven weeks!)
Both 'phones were £150. There can have been very little profit in the transaction but that did not seem to be an issue. I am very impressed.
My experience with Hifi headphones has been out of this world. there customer service is second to none. Even though my guarantee had run out they did everything they could to rectify my problem. I wish all companies had their attitude. I wish them all the luck in the world and they deserve to be very successful and rich - I hope. Thank you once again Hifi Headphones.
Had a problem with the address being wrong, called them up and they fixed it up. Got the delivery next day!
This company seems to be excellent in all respects. i'm very grateful for the ease of ordering, the speed of dispatch (within a few hours), and the quality of product supplied. Though I'm delighted with the headphones, I get the impression that, if there were a problem, help would be instantly available.

I would highly recommend Hifiheadphones to anybody wanting to purchase headphones. They appear to be a reputable seller, and they do not sell fake merchandise.
...and with the National Audio Show 'discount voucher', price competitive too!
This is my only reservation about this on-line store, preventing me from giving them an unbridled 5-star review: prices tend towards SRP/RRP.
For cheaper products, this wouldn't be too much of a problem if it weren't for the postal charges; however, at higher price points, there tend to be deals to be had elsewhere, which is a pity.
Shaun the founder/owner is superb and runs an informed and responsive set-up; they just need to tweak their prices at times.
Recommended.
