I ordered a set of Phonak Audeo 122 on a Friday afternoon from France. Monday morning, the company got back to me to check my credit card details to make sure the purchase was not fraudulent. who would be bothered by the 5m it took to confirm my details as it ensures safe internet purchase. Especially since the handling of the overall situation was smooth and friendly.
On the same day, the headphones were dispatched.
I call that efficiency and a benchmark for others to follow.

The SoundMagic PL30's really are great sounding in-ear headphones.
They have a more warm and detailed sound than my Etymotic ER-6i Earphones which are three times the price. The only small problem i had was i could not adjust the bass switch on one of the earpieces. As it was set at standard from the factory this did not affect me but may affect others who require the higher bass response. Something for the Q.A. to look at. Great service from HiFi Headphones. Well Done.

bought grado SR125's before and Audio Technica's ANC-1 with FiiO E5 headphone amp recently from this outlet. On both occasions. staff have gone far beyond the call of duty. Spoke several times to Shaun & Robin. Their advice totally unbiased, sensible, very knowledgable and at no time did i feel pressured or uncomfortable about very lengthy telephone conversations discussing my options/requirements. They always made me feel welcome and I have nothing but praise for these guys/company. If only others provided a service like theirs the internet and world would be much fuller place of very satisfied customers. I have never written or given a company 5 stars before. These guys deserve every praise!

Ridiculously fast

Received three e-mails within ~5 hours of making my order: the first to tell me my order had been received; the second to say my order had been packed and was waiting for Royal Mail to pick it up; the third to say Royal Mail had picked it up and it was on its way.

The next day, my order was in my ears. And that's with the standard within-UK delivery.

Oh, and they sent me a Chupa Chup. Bribery? Perhaps. But it worked!

best customer service i've ever experienced

I know the subject heading sounds like an over statement. But I'm being completely serious. I ended up having several conversations with Robin that lasted over an hour each. Not that I'd want to encourage it and make life difficult for them. But the level of his knowledge is outstanding. And his enthusiasm is utterly invigorating. I feel like I ought to ring periodically as a general pick-me-up to remind me that there are people out there with a remarkable passion for what they do, going hand in hand with absolutely thorough knowledge, understanding, good taste, intelligence, courtesy, and general friendliness. I'm not just a friend writing them a good review. Although they quickly felt like friends.

Robin convinced me to buy a pair of HD650 headphones along with a headphone amp. And after my first listen, I'm so completely blown away that I really think they're going to add a whole extra facet of happiness to my life.

Sorry if this sounds ridiculous. I've never written one of these reviews before. I just wish all shopping could be like this. It's not going to happen though. These guys just stand out for excellence. And they deserve your business.

Ordered on Monday and despatched on Tuesday - decent service, but in the days leading up to Christmas... really impressive. However, the sense of humour in your email correspondence is just great - 'your order, picked, packed and ready for the postman', 'left our premises and looking forward to their new home' - much more enjoyable than the automated correspondence from the likes of Amazon. And, having spent hours trawling the net for my headphone accessories of choice, you were also the cheapest! I ordered some £20 headphones from hifiheadphones yesterday at about 2pm. Had an email asking me to cotact them to confirm some details which i was happy to do. Nice to know the company cares about it's customers. The headphones were delivered today around midday, very well packages. I was really shocked how quick they arrived. Second time of asking

I have just ordered a Christmas for some one this is the second time I have used them, the first time was a set of phones for me. What a great buy they were. Again service is excemplory kept informed that item picked and ready for dispach, email to let me know when dispached and the expected delivery date.
