This is my second pair of headphones from Hifi headphones (my currenty pair Audio Technica ATH-PRO5MS and Im now getting a set Sennheiser IE6 In-Ear Noise Isolating Earphones (IE 6) for when I dont want to carry big headphones around with me) and I cant wait to recive them, the staff were very helpfull, Robin especially for helping me choose this pair Im getting! My last pair had an issue with them (no fault of hifi headphones), they sorted a replacment very quickly and were very helpful, also again, Robin helped me out with this!

My Husband lost one of the foams from my Daughters Sennheiser headfoams we went from shop to shop and you can not get them on the high street. We found this company on Google. If possible, I'd like a little more options when it comes to shipping products, even tiny ones such as earphone pieces: There have been some instances where I'd gladly spend more to have 3-day deliveries to my country (Italy), but the option doesn't seem to be there.

One last thing: the included lollipop is a really nice touch but please, switch to sugar-free! The cavities!

Great Headphones with quick delivery.

I was trying to find a replacement set of headphones for my ipod. I used the 'best headphones' guide on the web site and ordered a set of Sound Magic in ear phones. Good price, great sound and delivered the next day. The service was that good I ordered a further two sets for the kids.

Here's the thing: sometimes you're looking for an obscure replacement part or a piece of equipment that's only sold in the USA. And if you go looking for them on the high street you'll get blank stares or outright misinformation from shop assistants.

I actually returned a pair of headphones, to get a substitute pair that better suited me and I was very impressed. Both times the phones arrived very promptly, there was no fuss about me wanting to change my headphones at all. I really don't see how hifiheadphones could have done any better, to be honest - a welcome relief from having to deal with customer services elsewhere, like banks! I purchased a small item from HiFiHeadphones, which was the wrong size. Jon from the support team has gone the extra mile, and out of his way to find me the right item. (He needs a bonus)
This together with the fact that HiFiheadphones were the only supplier in the UK. Makes their range innovative and competative.

You used to be able to walk into a shop and get advise on what to buy, but now shop assitants in the big chains don't have any experience to be able to advise. I have felt a personal connection to staff at HiFiHeadphone and trust their advise, Obvioulsy passionate about their industry, I will definatly and have already receommended to my friends and collegues.

The only other factor for me to purhcase an item is cost and being on the internet this is key as its easy to search for prices. So far HiFiHeadphones have been very competative. I have asked my friends to keep me informed on how they find HiFiHeadphones on price. If they are in the ballpark I will always be using HiFIHeadphones in the future.

The headphones arrived remarkably quickly, having regard to the fact that I live in the depths of rural France.......about four days from placing the order. The packing was excellent also. I have already recommended both the headphones themselves and your company to another Hi-Fi enthusiast living near here.
My only very minor criticism of the 'phones is that the lead is rather short......I watch and listen to some DVD's on my computer which has a large screen and I would like to be able to sit further back. I must look for an extender ! Secondly, although one would probably only need to do it once, the removal and insertion of the frequency-response modifying acoustic filters is a very fiddly process, despite the tools provided. Without them it would be impossible. I had to use a watch-makers eye-glass to identify which way round to insert them ! On the whole, though, I am very satisfied.

Had my doubts, but boy did they deliver!!!

I ordered the SoundMAGIC PL11's yesterday and i have them delivered today!!! hifiheadphones.co.uk would be recommended by me to all my friends, families and unknown people also :-)

I tested the PL11's on my Sansa Clip+ mp3 player and they sound excellent. I would definitely recommend the PL11's to everyone who are looking for a better 'low-end priced' set of headphones for their iPod's and all other mp3 players.

They are abit louder than other headphones i have/used at high volumes, so you will have to turn down the volume compared to your usual volume level settings, but sound-quality-wise the PL11s cannot be faulted.

Thank you hifi headphones for your recommendation (along with other websites that recommended the PL11's) and your speedy delivery of the headphones.

Mine was the first order at Hifiheadphones, consisting of just a box of Comply replacement eartips. No problems, the product was the one I ordered, it was well packaged and it arrived in a short time (I live in Italy, it took 5 work days).

Honestly this is what happened with many online stores, but what made Hifiheadphones stand out was the friendliness of its communications (also if I just received automated ones), the surprise of a little present I found when I received the package, and lastly their interest in my opinion about the service I received, asking me to come here and write my rating.

Recently bought some Beyerdynamic DTX 100 from Hi-Fi headphones. Quite frankly the guys take on all of the big name high-street specialists in terms of product knowledge and level of customer service. I normally shop at John lewis or Sevenoaks hi-fi for my larger purchases. In future I will be giving these guys a visit first. Prompt delivery and friendly correspondents, in addition to prompt delivery. A chupa chaps lolly in the package was the icing on the cake. I wish Hi-fi headphones every success in the future and will be recommending them to all my friends.

hifi headphones rocks!

I went into my local HMV store to buy a pair of Sennheiser eartips for the CX350 headphones, having lost one of the medium size ones, only to be told that HMV don't stock spare parts and that I'd be better off buying a brand new pair of headphones (£49.00) because the assistant didn't know where I could get spare eartips from other than contacting Sennheiser themselves, and even then (according to him) I would have to pay a king's ransom for them if I could order them at all.
Ordering from hifi headphones couldn't have been easier and they kept me up to date with my order, from when it was packaged and ready for pickup by the post office to the moment it was despatched.
I recieved the parcel the following day and found inside not only my ear tips but also a chupa-chups lolly, cola flavour.
That was a nice touch and did make my day, thank you hifi headphones.

Ordered on line on Thursday night, received full order status updates at every step of the process. I emailed customer service on Friday morning to request special delivery requirements and their rep called me witin 2 hours of receiving the email and resolved the issue over the phone in a polite, courteous manner. Item arrived on time on Saturday morning, and an excellent product overall (SoundMagic PL11). I am generally a hard customer to please, but these guys certainly look after their customers and have raised the standards in quality of service. Well done, highly recommended.

My initial experience with hifiheadphones was excellent when i bought the product where they provided a very prompt service.

Unfortunately my headphones broke after 6 months so i got in contact advising them of this and they got back to me immedietly asking that i return the headphones so they could have a look at them. Within 24 hours they had looked at them and sent out a full replacement product.
