excellent sales advice
was after a bluetooth headphone for my son's 6th birthday . Great understanding of products and a good recommendation given. I am very fussy as a professional sound mixer!
Great product bought and it arrived with a chubba chops lollipop inside too - which made Matthew's day even more impressive.

Very satisfactory
I got the product I wanted at a very good price with quick delivery.
I'd be happy to use them again but I only have two ears and one pair of headphones is enough for now, but in the future, I will definitely check with them before ordering elsewhere.

Glad i bort these headfones from hifiheadfones.com. Great commz n ultra fast delivery. Soundmagics r generally brilliant in all aspects. Great budget headfones. Highly reccomended. Mite even buy the e30's for when running in the morning. One fing i wud advise is buying a set of comply ear buds with ur order. They enhance the sound quality buy at least 25% in my opnion. Proper comfy, which is needed when travelin on the train to and from work. All n all ...glad i chose these headfones and cudnt of asked for better service.

The best online shopping experience ever!
I ordered replacement headphone tips for my Klipsch earphones. As one of only 2 authorised retailers which have online stores I quickly ordered with them. Sure enough 10minutes later I had a email confirming my order had been dispatched. It arrived the next day before 9am with a lollipop thrown in too. I liked that touch. Would definitely recommend!

1st time I've used them but not the last. Nice, easy to use, web site. Amazing delivery - ordered nearly midnight on Tuesday arrived a 09:30 Thursday. Lots of friendly e-mails in between to keep me informed - and a Lolly !!
The ear buds are amazing - a quantum leap in quality from my previous ones - I'm hearing things on my favourite Albums that I never knew existed.
Sound insulation is incredible. Since purchase I've been on two of my daily 5.5 mile walks and the ONLY external sound I've heard was when an Ambulance in full flight passed me a few feet away and I just heard a vague whisper of its sirens/two tones.
In summary a great product and a great Company. I will not go anywhere else when I next need to update any of my equipement.

Service all too rare these days...
Didn't expect to receive my excellent Comply ear tips so soon i.e. the day after I ordered them! The attention to detail in the service pre and post sale was a standout. First class in every aspect. I'll be back.

Excellent after-sale service
The product I ordered turned out not to work as expected but HiFi Headphones allowed me to return it, checked the product to try to make it work and when they were unable to solve the problem for my situation, gave me a refund. Sorry this product didn't work out, but I would definitely buy from them again.

Great - my go to site for headphones
The site says it all as does the user reviews. The customer service is great. As someone who supports clients I believe in great customer focus - these guys are after my own heart with the way they conduct their business - they deserve to be successful. They charge for P&P but a small price bearing in mind that my last two purchases arrived within two days of ordering.

First class across the board
not only are hifiheadphones competitive on price, their friendly and efficient service is unrivalled by any other company I've used. I would have been happy to pay more for my Beyer T1 headphones, just for the peace mind that I get when using these guys. thoroughly recommended.

Unbeatable service
I never comment about or rate service because it should be given as standard. But this was different. Big time.
I've never had any on-line service to match this. Excellent website, easy ordering, everything so natural. The communication about every step that your order goes through,the speed of delivery, the general attitude of the site... makes the whole process so perfect. Unfortunately, you only need a couple of sets of headphones - I'd love to buy from this site on a daily basis.

Superb Service
I used HifiHeadphones as SoundMagic has then as the only authorised dealer within the UK. I found their website easy to navigate and use. The prices were very competitive including delivery charges. The item I ordered was exactly as described and delivered very quickly. All the way through my order process the communication was great letting me know the order was received, processed and even sent for delivery.

Helpful and Prompt Service
I only asked a few questions on the forum. These were enthusiastically and quickly answered giving me precise suggestions. The forums are very active. The people using them are posting more savvy and constructive comments than the usual type of comments you get in forums.
I took a while to make my decision. Whilst I did find the 50ohm version elsewhere a bit cheaper hifiheadphones offered more choice - for example 2 versions (or more) to choose from of the DT-770s, stocking the 250ohm version which I was after.
When I made the purchase the delivery came quickly, despite the fact I made the order during the jubilee bank holiday weekend.
- Oh and I'll also get some replacement parts for my sennheiser headphones from here when they get too battered.

Found HiFiHeadphones whilst searching for some new earphones for my iPhone.
The site is really informative with some good categorisation, including a top ten best headphones.

Excellent
I only wanted a pair of foam pads for a very old pair of Headphones. Not surprisingly, these were not listed on their web-site, but an email query was speedily answered to the effect that these could be specially ordered, but could take a couple of weeks.
In fact they were delivered 10 days later, complete with lollipop - a very nice touch.
In another 10 yeras or so I'll need some more!
How refreshing to receive such excellent service, especially for such a small order.

Excellent
As my hearing is not what it was (and one ear is worse than the other),
I came to realise that using headphones in my home cinema room may be beneficial. I checked the reviews of most models in my price range, selected the model designed for my specific need and ordered it. It arrived within one day, was easy to install and works perfectly.

What more could you need.
HiFi Headphones were one of a very small number of companies that sold what I needed. They werent the cheapest but on further investigation the other sites had bad reviews about stocking "knock offs". No such comments were found about HiFi H. I went with my gut and paid a little extra for the reassurance. Sure enough, I wasn't disappointed. The original brand cable for my headphones came within 24 hours, securely packaged and with a lollipop. Cute.
I'd recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat and will certainly be using them again.
