Having moved from sterling exchange where I had a personal dealer who would advise me if there was a good rate, who would always contact me to confirm a rate etc.. or someone I could query with.
I always had a name and they knew who I was! not any more. I use hifix which i find impersonal, they say that someone will contact you when you first apply, have not heard from anyone. It is simply an internet service no more no less, disappointing coming from sterling exchange. A phone call goes a long way, if i have a query ? who do i ring, who knows who i AM??
