There are so many brands out there that it can be difficult to know which to buy from. I have found Higher Nature's products to be great. They offer a wide choice, the order and delivery process is speedy and efficient. Just wish they widen their product lines to include stronger strength capsules.
Having ordered online I expected my order usual, but when it didn't turn up and I rang to find out why was told it was because of being out of stock of vitamin C. This was the least important part of my order so the delay annoyed me, and that no one thought to tell me of it, as it certainly was not flagged up on the website as being out.
Part of my order was damaged on arrival, and Higher Nature did not hesitate to send out a replacement! Customer service is very important, as it makes sure you come back as you know you can trust the company should anything go wrong! I've always liked their products! They always have some kind of offer, which is relevant to me! All round excellent experience with Higher Nature!
I ORDERED VITAMIN D3 SPRAY FOR MY CHILDREN. WE HAVE PREVIOUSLY USED A DIFFERENT BRAND, BUT NOTICE HIGHER NATURES HAS A MORE FAVOURABLE LEVEL PER SPRAY, WHICH IS MUCH NEEDED ON THESE DULL WINTERY DAYS. ALSO REPRESENTS GOOD VALUE IN COMPARISON TO OTHER BRANDS.

The Mexican Yam Cream gave me my full mental facultues back after 2x years of hell because of the change of life and Doctors who couldn't care less! I recommend it because some women go through the change without a lot of problems, but then there are the unlucky ones! Excellent women who have spent a lifetime looking after others abd devoting their lives to others and then during the change are disgarded by Doctors and thought of as a priblem and monged out witb HRT because its "more convenient" for Doctors!

Love Higher Nature vitamins for its information quality and service. The staff are always friendly and ready to advise and they are always up with the latest products . Never had a bad experience with them ! And the prices, though not cheap, can be reduced by becoming a member.
Thank you for the quick delivery of my items - however, it would be very helpful if tablets could have a piece of cotton wool or a foam plug in the top of the bottle. Not only can I hear the postman coming a mile away because of the rattling of the pills in the jars, but also this means the pills run the risk of breaking up. Also, I don't always want people to know what is in my delivery , but in this case it is obvious.
Otherwise, everything else is great!

If you wish to cancel your order in this way, you must confirm this by phoning/emailing us within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will advise you on how to return the product to Higher Nature.
In addition to these statutory rights, we will also credit you with the full cost of a nutritional product if on trying it for the first time you find it is not suitable for you, provided you have purchased the smallest size available and you let us know within 30 days of receipt of your order by calling Customer Services. Better still, ask us to send you a small sample first. In the unlikely event that any goods arrive damaged or opened, please let us know and we will replace your order.
