Higher Nature always offers excellent customer service, and prompt delivery.
I've been with HN for years and am very glad to be able to access high quality supplements and have access to the Nutritional Helpline. Everyone is always helpful and I enjoy the great discounts!

Higher Nature for "Higher Standards"
Higher Nature delivers the best supplements, even for demanding consumers who follow "orthomolecular" nutrition/diet.
We have been using mostly the "True Food" brand, for some time.Results show even in routine check-ups and blood tests (men and women).
Also, fast delivery in southern europe with decent prices (especially compared to local retail stores in southern europe...) and good customer service.

Really good site, good accoutn service and simple ordder system.
Higher Nature have a great range of products. There is one surprising omission, a straight Saw Palmetto extract, but that is the only one. Their labelling is clear and they have a good reputation for using capsules and tableting agents that don't interfere with digestion.

Mexican Yam Cream fantastic!
I purchased some Mexican Yam cream from Higher Nature. The yam cream had been recommended to me as a way of reducing hot flashes and wow does it work! The flashes stopped as soon as I put the cream on! I will not be without it now. I must also recommend Higher Nature themselves as the product arrived promptly to.

Good selection of products with a great incentive scheme in the form of yearly membership.
I recently purchased digestive enzymes from my local chemist and liking their effectiveness decided to check out the website for other products. I was pleasantly surprised to find a vast range and joined the yearly membership and placed a large order for various health supplements for me and my whole family. I received a discount for the membership along with two free gifts (a book and Omega oils) which was lovely. The products arrived well packaged and although we have only just started using them and can't comment too much on the effectiveness of each, I believe that I will be a regular customer. I particularly liked the probiotic powder for sprinkling over my kids cereal and the omega oil for adding into their porridge for overall health. I look forward to also ordering the organic foods in the future - particularly the nut and coconut butters.

Fantastic
Great service products arrived within 24 hours.
Have only used Raw walnut butter which I wasn't sure I was going to like as its very bitter. However, soon got used to it & its become a favourite so will be using it all the time. Best spread on savoury biscuits ( delicious when mixed with honey) or with pasta, don't like it on bread.
Priobio daily veg tabs were very good.
Would recommend this site especially as you can pay via phone if don't want to use any payment method on line.

I was happy with my order on line but delivery was not great
I tried the anti oxidant whic was great and my order was for the whole family but I was put off by a delivery that came 10 days later. I ordered from Lamberts for a supplement and got it within 48 hours.. I was at the point of cancelling my order when I called and was told my parcel was at the post office even though the courier had never left a note or contacted me that they had tried to deliver.. After sales service and delivery in my opinion was quite poor.

Excellent supplements - excellent service
Higher Nature keep me healthy. I am so glad that they will send supplements to me here in Italy when many companies won't. We have been taking the Extra strength Collagen drink for a couple of months and have found it beneficial to joints and skin.

I've been a member of higher nature for many years and would never buy my vitamins from anywhere else due to the quality, the staff are very friendly when telephoning orders through. I've ordered my last two requests online and this method is extremely efficient as you can order any time of day. Delivery is prompt and well packaged. Membership benefits are great too.

If you are not satisfied with any Higher Nature product you can return the product unopened, undamaged and in its original packaging for a full refund at any time up to 30 days from the date you received it. If you wish to cancel your order in this way, you must confirm this by phoning/emailing us within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will advise you on how to return the product to Higher Nature.
In addition to these statutory rights, we will also credit you with the full cost of a nutritional product if on trying it for the first time you find it is not suitable for you, provided you have purchased the smallest size available and you let us know within 30 days of receipt of your order by calling Customer Services. Better still, ask us to send you a small sample first. In the unlikely event that any goods arrive damaged or opened, please let us know and we will replace your order.
