Just Okay

I ordered a game from here, it took forever to get to me despite what the website said. I would say you need to go into the shop instead of online if you need something in a decent time

Har købt 3 gange hos dem, de første 2 gange gik det fint, men 3die gang gik det helt galt ! Varerne i kassen var stjålet (af post DK) og så gik kampen igang for at få pengene retur....puuu ha, men blev helt træt at alle de mails der røg frem og tilbage. Efter 3 ugers mails, så "overgav" Hmv sig endelig og overførte pengene til min konto. Godt nok sparer man penge ved at handle i udlandet, men ved problemer så trække der altså tænder ud ;-)

Shops are okay but avoid site

Ordered something as a present which said was due in a week (plenty of time). I had to cancel the order a month later as was stil not in stock and emails went unanswered.

Great company but website has issues...

I have shopped in HMV a lot over the years and prefer spending my money instore rather than online.

When I have ordered online I have either had my item dispatched and recieved within 3 days or I have had to wait 6 days to be dispatched dispite it being in stock. This has happened 2 or 3 times and now if not dispatched in the time it states I just cancel and try and find the product elsewhere even if I have to spend a few more pounds.

One item I did order was meant to be 2 discs but was only a 1 disc CD so they should probably check their product details.

Not sure whether I would recommend their online service.

TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i ordered with them 14ish days ago with special delivery hoping to get it for new years eve! 13 pounds it was! when did it come it came 1 week later!! wtf!!

the only thing special about this is it mucked up new years!!!

Good site with vast range

No real complaints to report but beware some items are marked up quick a bit.

My order was delivered in reasonable time with good packing, but each item was sent individually rather than in one box/packet, surely this will cost them more (hence marked up prices?).

Good For Rare Products

I've only ordered once from HMV, for two rare items that couldn't be found in the stores. They were cheaper online and even though they both arrived separately they arrived fairly quickly (one week) so I was pretty satisfied overall.

hmv is waste of time,i've ordered my items weeks ago and instead 48 hours promised delivery, i am still waiting!i do regrat very much since i browsed that bloody website,shame on you hmv!!!i could've got them at the argos cheaper and quicker!
