Terrible customer service but good platform

If the site didn't getting me the bookings I needed I would leave. Their customer service is terrible. They have an inflexible system which means their customers can't get the service they paid for.

Today I was told I could purchase a product but I had to call up their head office to get the terms and conditions. What kind of online business model is that?

I will be looking for an alternative advertising solution for next year so I don't have to spend another year with them.

Great site for finding holiday accommodation.

I've had a few great holidays through this site now, never had a problem that was due to holiday-rentals.co.uk.
