Great, easy, painless and so much more informative than a travel agent.
We were stuck trying to find a break in Vegas that fitted round the kids and the Mother in law and was not going to break the bank! We searched the net for hours, for hotels and flights but we could not find any that all tied together and were within budget. The stress levels were building and patience was running thin. Then I remembered a friend had used a lady that sorted it all for her. We got Linda's number and gave her a call. After a number of questions to ascertain exactly what we were after Linda went into action and within no time we were presented with a number of options of hotels and flights that suited us perfectly. All we had to do was choose and then look forward to our trip rather than stressing about arrangements. If your thinking of going away, you must give Linda a call.

Couldn't have received better communication, advice.
Nicola, who helped us was fantastic, she emailed us all the details, answered all our questions with excellent knowledge. Asked us all the relevant questions in order to tailor our holiday to our needs and desires.
I can not express how excited I am even though its over a year away.
Nicola made the whole booking process so simple.

I booked my first trip with holidays lease last November for my 40th birthday. Helen was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. The hotels she recommended in New York and Las Vegas were amazing, it really was a trip of a lifetime because I also got engaged in Central Park on my birthday.
There was no other company to choose therefore, when it came to booking our honeymoon. Once again Helen was amazing and emailed a list of approximately30 holidays to choose from. We have chosen a Sandals resort and I have no doubt, that this too will be an amazing holiday

Thanks Kevin, truly brilliant customer service.
I contacted holidaysplease at the suggestion of a friend and I was not disappointed! Kevin got to work quickly helping us find our perfect honeymoon and was always ready to answer any questions I had (which was many - sorry Kevin!). We now have to wait a little while before we set off to the Maldives, but what is great is that I know I can contact Kevin until we fly if we have any further questions. Great customer service. Now to just wait for the holiday....Thank you holidaysplease and Kevin!

Efficient and genuinely caring
We were unsure about booking our honeymoon through travel agents as we had never used one and had no idea what try we're like. But after feeling very overwhelmed by the options, prices and mixed reviews about where we could go I. Emails Stephanie at holidays please. She got back to me immediately and since then she has listened picked us honeymoon spots that suited us and has never left a response unattended to for more than a few hours.
She was patients no genuinely seemed to care about getting our honeymoon right for us she even found a special offer so that we could go to the hotel we wanted even though it was previously too expensive.
I highly doubt that tere would be a honeymoon without her

Super Sharon made booking easy, saved us money, like our own personal travel agent!
Sharon was so friendly and helpful, she calls you, so no expensive phone calls and hanging around on line. We had to cancel our original booking as my husband broke his leg 3 weeks before we should have travelled, Sharon was brilliant and we received a partial refund, which we did not expect,she even rang a few weeks later to see how my husband was doing.
We have rebooked our holiday to Antigua through Sharon, and we have saved even more money this time.
If our holiday is a good as the service we have received we will be very happy.

Helens my hero!!!
I would recommend anyone who is looking to book a holiday to do so through holidaysplease. Helen did a fantastic job in finding a great holiday to the maldives for us. She answered all questions efficiently and promptly. The thing that I personally liked was that she was not pushy as some companies can be. She gave us the time to look at the suggestions she made in our own time with no hassle or constant phone calls trying to get us to "book". All information is set out well and easy to read. So go on, give them a go!

So glad we found Andrea!!!!
For weeks myself and fiancée had been completing enquiry forms, sending emails and visiting high street travel agents to help us plan our wedding in Las Vegas and honeymoon. We were so disheartened that the people we were speaking with really couldn't find our 'ideal' trip and that the quotes were getting ridiculously expensive. By a stroke of luck my best friend found Holidaysplease, sent an enquiry form off and within 24 hours had put me in touch with Andrea. Thank God. I lost count of the quotes, emails, calls and texts Andrea made to us. At no point did she loose interest, demand decisions or make us feel like we were wasting her time. She is an absolute star and because of her we have the most amazing wedding and honeymoon planned. I've already given her email address to at least 10 people (sorry).
Put it this way if we were getting married in the UK Andrea would be on our guest list!!

Friendly efficient service - would highly recommend!
Linda responded to an email I sent out on a Sunday afternoon by the same evening and proceeded to set up a link where I could view various resorts/holidays in the Maldives which she thought would suit mine and my partners needs. Having knowledge of the various islands meant we could pick the one exactly right for us - which we did. We had a wonderful holiday and it was exactly want we wanted - we will definitely use Holidays Please again. Thank you!

Really helpful and friendly advice, no pushing to book at all and they really listen to what you want and make it happen.
Jane was amazing with helping me find the perfect honeymoon. She did all the hard work, hunting for the best locations and hotels whilst I got on with my wedding plans. I can't thank Jane enough for putting her time and effort into this and for all the phone calls and emails she sent to ensure I got exactly what I wanted and at a great price. I just can't wait till we set off on our amazing honeymoon!

Helpful service for busy people.
Jenny at Holidays Please has been really helpful. My husband and I really didn't know where we wanted to go on holiday, or even when we were going to go to fit in with our busy work schedules. Jenny made some suggestions based on our budget and time of year. The emails she sent with up to four different options, links to the hotels and clear information on what was included were really specific to our needs. Given that we are not the types of people who enjoy spending hours looking at different holiday websites/Trip Advisor/hotel websites, this was absolutely what we needed. We are now really looking forward to our honeymoon in Mauritius in two weeks time!

Excellent service at a good price
We have used Helen at Holidays Please to book our last three holidays and the whole experience has been great. Excellent service and nothing is ever too much trouble. My only anxiety is that I think Helen must be chained to her desk as I always get a very speedy response to my frequent emails!

I picked up Holidays Please through the internet cold. Immediately they were clearly a company who wanted to provide an excellent service. We were considering lots of different options and Holidays Please reviewed them all and then made various recommendations. The price was also right.

Couldn't be more helpful
We contacted holiday please and requested information on a holiday to two different destinations. We were more than happy with the information so much so that we went ahead and booked. Deposit paid and further questions have been answered swiftly. We have yet to go on the trip later this year and we are confident with the good planning we will not be disappointed. Big thanks to Kevin and the team. I haven't given 5 stars as we have not been on the trip yet but hopefully will on our return.

Professional & Patient
When looking for a honeymoon I came across holidays please via a google search, I simply made and enquiry which lead me to Andrea White! From there she listened to my requirements and desires and now I am booked on a honeymoon of a lifetime coming this November.
I found her to be professional at all times and very patient especially when I delayed in answering emails and not returning phone calls. I would definately recommend her services especially as they don't just do honeymoons...........

Unbelievably helpful!
No question was too much for my Holidays Please representative Amanda K. Responses to emails were very quickly and a huge range of options were provided. I was always given the best price I think possible. It took a lot of the stress out of searching hundreds of flights, hotels and websites for the best deal. Absolutely outstanding service.
Linda Moffat is a total star. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to book a holiday to give her a ring. I am highly recommended her to all my friends so hopefully she should be busy! She goes above the call of duty and in my instance suggested a slight re-arrangement of the itinerary so that I would not have to get up at some outrageous hour to get a ferry boat, instead Linda changed the itinerary doing the same islands but changing which came first so that we then got a late ferry with no early morning! Now that is exceptional service! She also shopped to get a real good deal. She is so helpful with all kinds of suggestions and is always happy. It is a pleasure dealing with her. I wouldn't leave home on holiday without having first speaking to Linda!

Personal service, perfect holiday
HolidaysPlease gave my friend and I the perfect holiday with a personal service. Just what you need when you're tailoring the adventure of a lifetime in Tanzania. Rhian worked with us on a number of options and combinations via Jamie at Africa and Beyond until we came up with a tailored itinerary at a fantastic price. They certainly put the customer first. Everything went smoothly and we loved our Serengeti Safari - the luxury camping was awesome and the lodges were stunning. Zanzibar was absolute paradise at Breezes hotel - it's a popular hotel for obvious reasons and we're so grateful Jamie managed to get us in here. Coming back down to earth has been incredibly hard - thank you HolidaysPlease for the experience of a lifetime. I would recommend you to friends and family any day.

Saved me the hassle!
Tired of the never-ending gloom of the past six months' weather, I decided at the last minute on a week's escape to the sun. One call to Holidays Please stating my general requirements and in no time at all I received an email listing possible holidays to suit. All I had to do was to choose between them and everything else was taken care of. The flights offered me were at excellent times, and the hotel was equally excellent both in itself and also in terms of its location.
In short, Holidays Please has yet again come up trumps, and my partner and I shall certainly turn to them again (as we have done in the past) when next planning a holiday and thereby save ourselvesa lot of unnecessary (thanks to Holidays Please) hassle.

Great service and support when things go badly
We recently booked a holiday to Antigua with friends through Linda Holden. When we got to the resort they had downgraded our room locally. This was extremely disappointing to say the least and the room was very much below acceptable standard. We contacted Linda by email and she started to work on our behalf to reach a satisfactory conclusion. This culminated in us moving after the second night to a more suitable room, along with negotiated extras locally and a very welcome refund of some of our holiday cost. Things can go wrong outside of control of the agents but when this happens, it is how it is dealt with. Linda was very supportive and emailed us throughout the weekend and evenings, bearing in mind the 5 hour time difference. Thanks and our gratitude to you Linda for turning a negative situation into a positive. We will certainly not hesitate to book with Holidays Please again.

Patient and excellent customer service
I sent request and after couple of hourse someone contacted me to have more details.
Jessica who was managing my booking was brilliant! Very patient when I was changing destinations and when I was asking her to find something nice within the budget I had. Always available on the email. Even Easter weekend I sent her an email with my question and she replied the same day! She acted more as a friend then someone who wants to sell you anything to get commission.
After booking received all confirmation and invoices.
Now it is only waiting for my holidays!
I already recommended holidayplease to my friends and will book with them again in the future.

Perfect booking process
I have to start by saying that we haven't been on the holiday yet...........but if it's anything like the booking process it will be fantastic. I first contacted Holidays Please by email on a Sunday afternoon after seeing an advert on Google. Within 30 minutes I had a reply (from a person, Sonia, not just an auto acknowledgement) asking a couple of clarification questions and saying she'd pass our "project" on to Kevin, one of the experts in the field we were investigating (combined Kenyan safari/beach holiday.) Kevin was duly in contact by email the next day and we arranged a phone call that evening to discuss what we were looking for. In fact it will be our first holiday of this type so Kevin gave some very useful advice (like flying in to avoid long drives, recommedning lodges and hotels etc.) After we'd agreed what we wanted Kevin went off fix up venues, prices, flights and dates and kept us informed daily (sometimes several times daily) about progress by email. We
quickly had a detailed quote but by the time I had contacted all of our party members and gave Kevin the green light to confirm the booking some of the flight and lodge availability had changed - so he went off and found equivalent accommodation and flight schedules, always quickly and always keeping us fully informed. He also gave us lots of background info about any questions we had (visas, vaccinations, currencies..................) and always answered questions promptly - he must be glued to his computer! So we're all booked now and just waiting to go. Many thanks for a great job Kevin. Would definitely recommend you and Holidays Please to everyone!!

Top class service from Beth Eckley
After trawling through brochures, going through 100's of websites we had a fairly good idea of what we wanted from our honeymoon but wasn't sure if we could do it. Each brochure showed us something we wanted but my the whole package.
We came across Holidayplease purely by chance and after filling in details received an email from Beth Eckley . I told her what we wanted, what our price range was.
Beth found us the perfect Honeymoon in Tanzania and Zanzibar. The safari included all the best bits of the safaris we had seen in different brochures and at a price we thought reasonable.
Beth provided us with useful information, guides about visas and responded to every email with friendly enthusiasm.
Not been on our honeymoon yet but I have high expectations and thoroughly reccomemd Holidyplease. Specially Beth.

We've just booked our honeymoon to the USA/Hawaii with Holidaysplease. Throughout the process Emily was attentive and always happy to help, despite our changing demands as to itinerary and budget, which were not simple. Perhaps even more astoundingly, Emily even worked during her holiday to help us book everything by our deadline and to get us the best prices. This is the sort of service which is rare nowadays.
