Arranging our holiday was so easy. From our first contact with Jon at Holidays Please we found the booking procedure went very smoothly. Even our special requests were accommodated with reassuring ease. By the end of the booking I felt that the holiday had already begun. We will certainly book through Holidays Please again.

Excellent service from Stacey

I stumbled upon Holidays Please and I don't think at the time that I realised what I was registering for, however I couldn't have been more delighted. Stacey helped us to find our perfect honeymoon and even when I felt we were being awfully picky, nothing was too much trouble for her. Excellent, friendly service! Brilliant, swift, and reliable service as usual

The service I get is brilliant every single time. It's reliable, informative, friendly and never lets me down. I have complete confidence that every part of my trip will be taken care of comprehensively. The service is flexible around my odd working hours and I can just count on getting a trip that is tailored to exactly what I want with a few extras thrown in! I am always interested to hear Sean's ideas for enriching my holidays and appreciate that he has my best interests at heart. I used to book all of my holidays myself so am just so grateful to have found HolidaysPlease to take all of the work out of it for me--I have been using them for the last couple of years for 4 significant trips (including combination trips tailored totally to what I wanted, which required substantial planning) and have been extremely pleased every time. I would highly recommend the service to anyone who likes the sound of what I've written (and have done so already), especially if you are short on time, want some ideas and expert advice, and a fast and free service which is friendly and completely tailored to your needs.

Eager to find the perfect holiday

Our agent Ruth was very knowledgable about the places we wanted to visit and very patient with us changing our minds several times throughout the process. Ruth was always available and always responded to my questions within a few hours, usually much sooner. She provided us with numerous details and different ideas until we eventually ended up with what we hope will be the perfect holiday. I would definitely recommend Holidays Please and especially Ruth D'Avila.

Will bend over backwards to help

Best travel agent i have used. They did far more research than anyone else and were very patient and not at all pushy. They also came up with the best deal. Very happy. And would recommend them to anyone.

Amazing personal service...5*

Claire was patience personified as she prepared several holiday schedules for our group of four adults. When we changed our mind.....and a different continent....she wasn't phased at all.
She was able to plan our holiday to a very specific and brand new hotel with efficiency and professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble and she ensured that every detail was personalised to our requirements.
I would give a very strong recommendation to this company based on our experience so far.

Laura is amazing

We were looking into going away for my 40th birthday in September 2013. Now I am normally one of those fussy people who goes to a few different travel agents to get the best deal, however from the moment I spoke to Laura I found her absolutely amazing and knew that I would be booking with HolidaysPlease. She arranged our entire holiday from the car (which had to be a convertible, just because I wanted one), the locations (changed quite frequently) and the hotels (again changed often). This is not your basic go to one destination and then come home, we are doing a short US tour and to be honest I wasn't sure what I wanted at the beginning. I asked Laura to look into Vegas, followed by San Francisco and then LA, then changed my mind and decided to do it the other way round. Then I dediced I wanted more days in Vegas and less days in San Francisco than I had originally decided. Then I decided I wanted a four day tour without any hotel booked so that we could drive to San Diago and Mexico. Finally I decided I didn't want to come home via Houston and instead got Laura to look into us going to Denver to stay over for one night before flying home to the UK. To be honest I don't know how Laura put up with the amount of changes I made, but she was perfect. She changed hotels when I didn't like them and has made this whole booking experience easy for us, and was always very happy to accomodate my every whim. I would highly recommend calling her if you want a personalised holiday. Thanks for everything Laura, really looking forward to my holiday :)

Fantastic and responsive service

Fantastic service, from start to finish.

I'd happily recommend to anybody looking to book a holiday somewhere abroad. But do not have the time to 'shop around' on the net.
The holiday gets tailored to your exact requirements as well.

Honeymoon booked.... So easy!!

I put my details in the holiday please website and received a call. Was a little hesitant aaa thought I would speaking to someone at a call centre but no I spoke to the lovely Amanda. After a few emails were exchanged I got a choice of about seven different Holidays. It was so simple to book and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely use holidays please again. My honeymoon is going to fantastic

Perfect

From start to finish our experience of Holidays Please has been fantastic

Quick and very helpful!

We have used Rhian Williams at Holidaysplease for a few years now and have been very impressed with her quick responses to enquiries and confirmation of bookings. I know we have been boring always going back to the same place, but it 'works' for us. We did try another Maldivian island two years back which was very nice, but didnt 'tick' all our boxes though. If Rhian continues to give us competitive rates, we will continue to book through her and refer our friends and family too.

Amazing - From the moment I contacted the company I had my own personal adivsor who took a genuine interest in my outlook, which was very blazé as I actually did not have any ideas on lacations or type of honeymoon.
Patient - Very patient as the agent Emily Pike took her time to explain various location and was very flexible as i jumped from one location to another without a clue of what I wanted.
Pleasant - Emily was very plesant throughout the entire research and booking process, she always got back to me whenever I made an enquiry or wanted more information about the honeymoon I was booking.
Professional - Emily has been very professional and courteous I have been able to get in touch with her even out of office hours and this had been a great comfort and eased concerns as and when the arose.
Excellent Knowledge - Emily was able to offer her personal experiences on the packages on offer and not just a sales pitch, she was honest and even said when she thought a particular destination may not be well suited to me.
Very Accomodating - Always around whenever needed for questions and queries, never left in the dark.

I've used Holidays Please 5 times now and not only have we been very happy with the holidays recommended by Jo and Michelle, but have always felt rest assured that everything has been done to make our time away as pleasant and care free as possible. Can absolutely recommend this company. We travel a lot and I usually spend a long time researching the hotels etc and making sure that I get the best deal that I can.
Andrea did that for me and took out all the time consuming work!

the agent that dealt with me was friendly and approachable and I have no qualms about asking many questions and changing my mind. She just got on with looking for holidays for me but gave me space and time to decide without the hard sell and the usual harassment which I really appreciated.
I will definitely contact Ruth again for any future holidays before checking any other website.

Best way to book a holiday, friendly, no hassle and works to a budget

Wanted a Holiday but unsure where to go, had 7 days to arrange, Kevin researched and came back with sensible suggestions around the criteria given, did not stray away. Booked a 5 day trip to New York well within budget, on Thursday traveled on Saturday, with everything in place, tickets, car park and suggested itinerary, the hotel spot on small, central with everything within walking distance.
Will definitely book another holiday with Holidays please and have recommended to friends.

A big WOW from start to finish

I came across Holidays Please on the off chance whilst searching for companies to gather quotes for a holiday for Thailand, from the start the experience was different from every other company that I spoke to. I was contacted by Linda Holden who listened to everything I wanted and even sounded excited about getting it all together for me, she was patient while we had dates confirmed and all information given to me was honest and not to get the most money out of us like other companies were trying to do. I actually enjoyed and looked forward to emailing Linda and speaking to her on the phone as she is such a genuine person and so helpful. She gave us advice of the different locations and the customer service received was exceptional. Even after booking and confirming the holiday I still received emails from Linda right up until we went and a phone call wishing us a wonderful holiday was such a nice touch. We knew that there was someone at the end of the phone if we needed her while we was away and everything booked for us was great. From arriving at the airport our holiday was hassle free and we just made the most out of everything. We are already planning our holidays for the next few months and into next year and Linda will always be the one we contact to book, the personal touch made it really a holiday to remember. Thank you Linda you are fantastic!

Quality caring helpful non-pressurising knowledgeable company

My first enquiry was responded to by email by Jessica. As holiday dates had not been finalised with work I was unable to respond. Eventually the dates were available and although the proposed holiday was only three weeks away a finalised quotation was obtained and it was the most competative quote I had. I accepted and as the company expects its staff to be available on the phone for all reasonable hours the deal was finalised late on a Saturday evening. Within a few days i had an email advising me of the seats allocated for my wife and I on the aircraft. Within another day or so I had a phone call from admin requesting the address to where the tickets should be sent. These arrived three days later with all the vouchers for transfers and hotel stay. To date I have nothing but praise for the company especially Jess but from other reviews all staff are trained to a similar high standard. There is no comparison with high street travel agencies where uncaring disinterested staff just do their job. With this company the agents treat you as a friend. I am so pleased I found this company and have nothing negatives only superlatives to use in my assessment of it

Absolutely Fantastic

We left booking our holiday until 5 days before travelling, with a busy work schedule it seemed we would need to use an agent for the first time ever. I was anxious to start with as have always travelled independently, booking directly with the hotel. What can I say but how absolutely brilliant Linda was throughout the whole process, finding us what we really were looking for. We couldn't have organised it without her. If the holiday is as fantastic as the service so far we will definitely be booking through Linda, and holiday please again. Thankyou.

Holidaysplease put me at ease.

I dealt with Andrea for my booking and found her extremely helpful. There was no question she couldn't answer and she replied to me very quickly whenever i asked her anything. This is the second time i have used this company, the first time being our trip to Hawaii which went very smoothly. If this trip goes as well i will use them again .

Helpful,cheerful and efficient ! That's the service we got.

We made an enquiry on the website and were emailed to say an expert in that region would be in touch. Next day we had a call from a charming young lady who discussed our requirements and then went away and drew up a plan. We liked what we saw but were nervous dealing with an online company, however on checking them out we could see our concern had been unfounded. We did tweak the plan to add another destination and within a day had a new plan and rough quote. We decided to proceed with the booking and within two days had an itinery and full quote .
Our booking experience has been hassle free and dealt with efficiently and with charm.

Just booked our first holiday with this company and i could be not more pleased with the professional way our enquiries were dealt with . Not like some high street tour operators that basicaly leave you once you've paid your money this company haved e-mailed and called us back even when they did not have to, hats off to Kevin from the company very profesional,in every way.I would not hesitate in recomending them to others and using them again

Brilliant Service!

Robert was fantastic to work with. He came back very promtly with any questions I had and was't pushy at all. He also gave us good advice on board options and the price he secured was far better than anything I could find myself. I will definatly be using him again without a shadow of a doubt!
