Cheap, quality and very fas delivery

If you are a home brewer this is the right place for you. This online shop offers virtually anything you need to brew beer and wine. The prices are very competent and the delivery charges very reasonable. The quality of the product is exactly what it says on the website. The delivery is fast and very well packed. I will recommend it to anyone who is starting up.

Easy to order, fast delivery, superbly packaged

I have not made bitter at home for a few years and decided to do so again for this Christmas. I had previously used Home Brew Online and had a very good experience, so decided to use them again.
The web site is quite easy to navigate and I ordered heater pads, malt, sugars, new thermometer and several Coopers beer kits which I know always produce great results.
The whole lot arrived in a single, prompt consignment. Everything was well packaged. I have now started drinking my first beer (Coopers Authentic IPA 4.5%ABV) and it is absolutely great (as it was when I last made it).
The heater pads are so much better than the heater belts I used to use.
I won't hesitate in using Home Brew Online again and recommend it to all.

I've ordered a number of times now from this site, and been extremely happy every time.
I live out in the wilds of the country and yet still get my delivery in under two days of placing my order.
The customer service is second to none. I have called to ask something about brewing or about shipping details and they staff are always very cheerful, polite and helpful.
I only use this site now for all my brewing supplies and I would recommend them to anyone 10/`10

Fantastic speedy delivery

As someone who takes things up on a whim the speedy delivery of the proucts allowed me to follow my whim, the products seem to be good quality my first ever batch of wine is brewing as we speak! I am nervous and excited to see how it has come out.

Most excellent online home brew supplier.

My order was received within just 5 days across a weekend. A query I raised about the courier, who couldnt find my house, was replied immediately by email & when I telephoned I got helpful advice. Well done.

A shame all home brew suppliers are not as good as you.

~EDIT after 2nd order. My 2nd order in early March 2012 was received the next working day. All as described and good offer prices on Milestone too. Excellent.

next day delivery

ordered wednesday afternoon deliverd thursday lunch time. now thats what i call service seeing as i am on the isle of wight and it was free delivery as i spent over £65.
products perfect just the job keep up the good work.

Quick delivery excellent product

Delivery was on friday, I ordered late tuesday night. Brilliant set, just hope my boyfriend appreciates it after christmas! Only complaint is lack of communication when I emailed to ask about changing delivery address (the 'change' button that is mentioned on FAQs didn't appear in my account). Luckily I was still in when parcel was delivery. Other than that, no problems and would use again!

Excellent Service.

I ordered my first home brew kit just a few days ago & it arrived today in France! Very well packaged & every thing just as described on the site. An hour after arrival I have my first 40 pints of Woodfordes Wherry Ale in the FV. If only I knew a couple of years ago how easy it was I could have saved a fortune on beer, can't wait to try it & will be placing my next order very soon. Well done 10/10 from me

Just a tweak!

I have been shopping at HBOL for sometime now and although I dont live in York I have family that do and therefore support this local business that is reasonably priced with a good product range.

The only downside is that I have just placed an order for almost £80 and would have been extremely grateful if the delivery charge was weived on orders over say £50-£60.

Despite this very minor gripe HBOL is great, they always have everything I need and is mostly delivered nextday, I placed my order today (Sunday) and I will leave my shed open for the delivery on Tuesday its that reliable.

found this amazing company via ebay. soon switched to their website to avoid the hassell of ebay. what can i say? they have been amazing, always happy to answer any questions i have. and being new to home brew i had some stupid questions!! all of which were answered with respect.

OUTSTANDING LEVEL OF SERVICE

I ordered the Brewbuddy Bitter Kit late one afternoon on a whim, and was rather surprised when it turned up 2 days later (I had forgotten I had ordered it!). Excellent customer service when I rang and enquired if the offer of an extra 40 free pints was still available - I was advised that there was only one kit left, and that it was mine if I wanted it! So I got 80 pints of bitter and all the kit required, for £35 including delivery, which I thought was pretty darn good. I will definitely be buying more bitters to try when I have got through these 80 pints!

The Best Homebrew company i'vr found on the net

I have only been brewing for a short while and have ordered from a number of companies on line. Home-Brew-Online .com is the first i have come across that does exactely what it says on the tin. Gives good prices (Better than a lot) and when they say delivery in 2-3 days you can rely on it.

all you need for homebrewing

many years ago i used to use Boots beer kits which were o.k. The kits now are so much better,the beers are really good.I have 3 on the go now. (my fave is the Belgian but it takes longer to mature)

needed a brew that would be straight forward to do as i had been away from the art of homebrewing for a lot of years ,and the products had changed since i had last attempted to brew my own beer,got the advice and the equipment i needed all inside 3 days ,and a voucher as well ,great stuff .never had a bad beer yet,thanks again.

Excellent service and a really good selection of quality beers

Easy to use website, kits arrived as quickly as I would think possible, and the selection of beers is really top notch. I found this company on ebay, and am very happy to have been directed to their own website as this is likely to be the only home brew company I use from now on.

Excellent, just excellent

I've never had a problem with this compnay. The goods are shipped quickly and if a problem does arise it is dealt with in the proper manner, in my case a replacement air lock was despatched the very next day. Many a larger company could learn a lot about customer service from Home Brew-online. I can't recommend them enough.

Great Service from Top Company

I would say that of all the home brew shops that I have used for shopping online, this company is the one which I find most reliable. There always seems to be plenty of stock and choice and my orders are sent straight away and arrive very quickly. The website used to be a bit difficult to use but they seem to have a new one which is tons better and works really well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Home Brew Online to other home brewers.
