Excellent customer service
Due to unexpected circumstances, I had to cancel my order after the item purchased had been prepared for shipment. Fantastic product , great value
Home outlet had the perfect product at an even better price. They were friendly approachable and answered all questions. Delivery was quick, however some warning as to the day it is arriving would be better. Love the product easy to assemble I would def recommend to other people

Toy storage cubes

DON'T BOTHER EMAILING!!!!!
Emailed to ask a question regarding something I wanted to buy on 9th March 2013, today is the 12th Apr 2013 and still no reply!!! bought the item anyway and was told I would be notified of a delivery date,, I wasn't notified it just turned up.. Luckily I was in to except it.
Product was alright, but wont use them again.

Just the ticket.
I was most surprised to receive my order so quickly. It was not a light package by any means. A flat packed wardrobe. I was astonished to see the delivery LADY lug this item up my driveway to the front door. (They must breed lady delivery drivers very tough these days.)
Apart from that, assembling was straight forward and I did not need any help in moving it to place where it now sits.
I am pleased with the overall colour and practically free of transportation damage. Nothing to crow about as the damage was very minor, and nothing like unsightly.
Brownie points from start of order to final delivery. Thank you.

WOW great savings, and very speedy delivery
I found this item first in a well known book for £129, on looking through another well known store i found the same item for home delivery only for £82. i then goggled the fuse TV/DVD stand and by chance found the home outlet and found the exact item for £59.99 with free delivery. i ordered the item on Friday afternoon and by Monday dinner it had been delivered. Will recommend to family and friends, such a price difference.

Quick delivery good price

I purchased a Dvd storage unit and it is well worth what i paid. Got rid of 3 large Dvd racks and it is a nice piece of Furniture. I love it. Only quibble is it took me and my son 4 hours to Assemble as it came Flat pack, Which was not mentioned in Ad. But overall Great.......................W.H.Prottey Birmingham.

Good service but website needs work
I bought a table last week and it arrived within 3 days which was great. The product was good for the price and I would use them again; however when I ordered the product through their website they took my card details without taking me to any security site which should always happen when I use my credit card; it made me think that it was a scam website when it was actually very good. So in short they need to set up their website better so customers feel a bit more confident when making a purchase.
