First started in Oct 2011 but didn't receive my course material until end of Nov as i wasn't told that i would need to make an upfront payment to get my course material until i was contacted by a course advisor. the trouble didn't stop their.....i then had problems accessing my software as the code i was given by Adobe wouldn't work....after 3months of trying to access the software i finally managed to get a valid code....with no help from Home Learning college who kept referring me back to Adobe...which then took me round in circles. not only did i start off on a bad foot but i couldn't even email my tutor as my email was blocked from his mailing list....you explain that one! when i finally contacted him...he acted as if i was the dumb one who was putting the code in, incorrectly. when i eventually sat down to do the web design material it just went over things that were no longer necessary to use and was very boring....what a waste of time!!!!! needless to say i have been offered the opportunity to change my course to something else.....hmmm we will see.
